What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Keep Aware is its simplicity of use across various functions such as deployment, configuration, and customization. We were particularly impressed by how seamless it was to integrate the tool into our existing environment without significant disruptions to operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero dislikes about Keep Aware. The Keep Aware team has created a wonderful product that addresses a topic that gets overlooked far too often during risk assessments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two problems exist in this realm visibility and customization.
Our organization primarily utilizes Keep Aware’s customizable messaging for micro-learning opportunities as well as blocking or restricting access to malicious sites and unauthorized browser extensions. Depending on the risk level and context, we may either provide educational prompts to guide employees in secure behavior or implement immediate blocking to protect against high-risk threats.
While we do conduct annual security training, the rapidly changing nature of operations and technology makes it difficult to address emerging risks in a timely and effective manner through traditional methods like email or messaging apps. Keep Aware provides an efficient solution by allowing us to intervene directly at the source, the internet site or application, delivering either real-time education or preventative actions as needed.
This proactive, in-context approach strengthens both our security posture and employee awareness, ensuring threats are mitigated while fostering secure habits in everyday workflows.
