What do you like best about the product?

- Best passkey adoption: We needed maximum passkey adoption rate possible & therefore Corbado's passkey-first approach + focus on passkey adoption (e.g. identifier-first flow, passkey intelligence and passkey-optimized UX) were great.
- Minimal risks: Our goal was a risk-free passkey rollout with no possibility of user lockouts, no disruption and seamless transition to passkeys from our current authentication.
- No requirement for user data migration: It was a great advantage to keep user data stored in our present system and Corbado saved internal development resources.
- Managed passkey service: Regular WebAuthn updates, growing adoption and UX, enterprise-level support & consulting and on-site integration support.
- Quick deployment: Deploy in quick time with pre-built SDKs that include all the passkey and WebAuthn knowledge needed.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not yet available as standalone IdP / CIAM solution for Enterprises.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Ensuring that we attain a very high passkey adoption from our almost 5 million users to protect as many of them with phishing-resistant MFA.
- Using internal product development and engineering assets for the development and continuous maintenance of passkeys in our product.
- Ensuring that we save more SMS OTP charges compared to an in-house solution or other non-passkey-focused vendors.
- Avoiding any passkey rollout risks such as locking out users, interfering with login flows or designing an inferior passkey solution which will not be utilized by the customers.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Corbado offers me an easy way to provide passkey logins for my clients while still giving me the option to have passwords as a fall back.

What do you dislike about the product?

Only thing that comes to mind is that Corbado is not an OIDC Provider

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of using my time on building passkey authentication, I can use the solution of Corbado and
do other things in the area of my expertise

Authentication is easy in implementation and on top of that it is phishing resistant

No Microsoft login support is available.

I see myself as an early adopter of new technology, however it would be too difficult to build a passkey authentication service by myself

I could add passkey authentication to my current password authentication and provide a seamless transition for my users.

No serious dislikes, but even more login options would be interesting for the future.

I heared about passkeys not to long ago, but found the concept very interesting. Corbado allowed me to use the passkey authentication technology straight away.

I do not have to be an expert on passkey implementation to be able to use Corbados solution and rollout passkeys

They do not have apple login support yet.

Authentication was never my strong side, so I am happy that I can still rollout passkeys for my users without having to be an expert in this topic.

I do not have to build passkey authentication myself and can simply rely on the solution of Corbado

Multi-Factor-Authentication was very importatn to me and with Corbados solution I could easily implement passkeys to achieve this need.

They were very responsive in their slack community however I could not schedule an in person meeting.

I want to provide easy login options for my users and therefore passkeys are the perfect solution

I switched to passkeys because of phishing resistance and a seamless UX when logging in. With Corbado the implementation of passkeys was quick and easy.

Currently, some other authentication methods, like Facebook Social Login are not available, but Corbado is apparently working on their support.

I can focus on product development and not worry about building the passkey login myself

Their solution provides fallback options to normal password login besides the passkey login

So far I am happy with every thing. A few things to consider in your review: The system is slow sometimes.
