What do you like best about the product?

The picture and video quality are really good.

What do you dislike about the product?

The new web site format is hard to navigate. I like the old one better. Sometimes we make improvements that are actually taking a step back. I think this is the case.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hopefully its making our drivers better drivers. We are able to pinpoint bad habits and correct them.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the ability to use the breadcrumb trail in Azuga Fleet; it's very helpful for recreating drivers' routes and tracking where they have been throughout the day. The app allows me to see the vehicle's whereabouts and even go back months to track their daily routes. The initial setup was very easy, making it simple to set up new vehicles and trackers. Overall, Azuga Fleet is a very good, reliable product that I enjoy using daily.

What do you dislike about the product?

The vehicle maintenance alerts and tracking work well in some aspects, but adding vehicle maintenance records has been a bit difficult. If the records aren't added immediately, calculating the mileage for when maintenance is due becomes challenging.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Azuga Fleet to track my vehicles' locations and manage maintenance repairs, allowing me to check routes and vehicle whereabouts over months.

What do you like best about the product?

We can see when our drivers are logged in and when they aren’t. Drivers who aren’t logged in, we call “Ghost Drivers.” When that happens, we contact the manager and ask that they have their driver log in promptly.

What do you dislike about the product?

The length of time that we can draw data from. Some of the limits are very limited. We would like to be able to see driver's scores over a year.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

There was a time when locating a truck prior to utilizing Azuga that proved very problematic. Now we can see a truck's exact location and know the driver in literal seconds.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how easy to use the dashboard is. With the mobile app, I can check on my fleet anytime, as long as I have my phone and signal, which is super convenient. Azuga Fleet also helps our dispatch team make informed decisions, reducing our windshield time and wear on our trucks. It's awesome how it integrates with our CRM software, ServiceTrade, for dispatch and invoicing. The geo-fencing feature is great too; technicians can find nearby jobs with a click. Plus, it's very useful for tracking oil changes with live data, ensuring timely maintenance. Setting it up was a breeze; just plug in the modules, label them, and you're set.

I use Azuga Fleet to track our fleet, ensuring we know where technicians are for efficient dispatching. It integrates with our CRM, helping reduce windshield time and truck wear. The user-friendly dashboard and mobile app let us manage our fleet anytime, anywhere.

It is a task to assign drivers. It seems like it could be streamlined.

I don't have any dislike the only thing would be sometimes it takes a minute to load the vehicle , I have tried a few other tracking companies but so far Azuga has been the winner

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking our drivers in real time , also tracking the times that they are working

What do you like best about the product?

We really enjoy the automated alerts for impacts, sudden acceleration, and hard braking (aggressive driving indicators), along with the “breadcrumb” tracking and the ability to livestream at any time.

What do you dislike about the product?

We’ve had a few camera units go “defunct.” However, Azuga has been great about replacing them with new units, and they make the whole process easy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Azuga has helped us from an insurance claims standpoint. We've had numerous backing incidents in parking lots, where other drivers claim that K&P drivers have hit them; however, the camera footage clearly shows the other parties were at fault. We've had other instances where riders make dubious claims about our drivers, and the cameras have proven our drivers' innocence.

What do you like best about the product?

Tracking when it works. We have a lot of trouble with the cords staying connected and breaking.

The cords. There is a lot of issues with them staying connected

They have constant communication and try to resolve issues quickly.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like that Azuga Fleet grants us direct access to our vehicles and provides insights into behaviors like speeding and hard braking. It significantly helps with the health and safety of both our vehicles and employees by limiting accidents through monitoring and discussions on driving safety. The GPS tracking is indispensable for scheduling because our teams operate in a very large area, and being able to track them helps us make on-the-fly adjustments, add work during the day, and manage the team's routes to match customer needs effectively. I find it crucial for vehicle maintenance reminders, like knowing when oil changes are due, and it supports efficient team operations resulting in better earnings. The initial setup was very easy and simple, which was a bonus.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the pricing could be better. It's a little higher than some of the other options out there, which limits our ability to do more with them, especially concerning the package with video feeds and additional options available.

Azuga Fleet keeps track of our vehicles on the road, improving safety and accident prevention. It simplifies scheduling by letting us see vehicle locations, leading to better team management and customer service.
