What do you like best about the product?

Detailed daily Breadcrumbs Reports in PDF are incredibly helpful to control and correct driver's behavior, the Live Map gives a full picture of the traffic zones.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't have any complaints, just sometimes the Live Map is twitching , not sure why

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

To win the arguments with the clients about duration of the jobs, as well to prevent getting Police tickets by my fleet drivers in case of speeding by correcting their driving behavior. Or , if accident happens, immediate notification about it with all details.

What do you like best about the product?

I found the ease of use of Azuga Fleet really appealing, especially when it comes to navigating both the mobile app and the online server. I also loved how it solved issues by allowing me to track vehicles in real-time and providing detailed descriptions of service codes along with guidance on how to fix them. The initial setup was super easy, making the whole experience smoother.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would have liked more tools such as being able to set curfews, notify me of specific locations etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Azuga Fleet lets me track vehicles in real-time and provides clear service code descriptions, making it easy to address issues. The mobile app and online server are easy to navigate, enhancing its usability.

What do you like best about the product?

I am can always reach out and receive help from their support team. Price point is good per vehicle. We use it daily in our fleet for each operations manager to location/route vehicles. We use it to integrate information into our own software. It performs well and has reporting we use. There are new AI features to use. The platform and reporting are easy to use and navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes we have issues with GPS not reading and we have to swap those units out after a point in time which can be difficult since our fleet is so far spread out and does not always come back to the main office.

Tracking and speed monitoring. The ability to see what locations a person has been too.

The customer service is really good, and the products are easy to use.

Overall it’s easy to use and provides adequate information on fleets.

What do you dislike about the product?

Occasionally it the application may get slow but less than 5% of the time.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about the APP is It is user friendly and has ease of functionality. I believe the APP is applicable to any number of Driver / Delivery Route needs and would recommend the APP for other companies.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are some technical issues with the mapping and orientation of the designated routes. The mapping can reorganize the pins frequently too, especially when adding new data.

The details listed in our tool bars are very detailed and informative.

What do you like best about the product?

As a regional director, I am blessed to to check on my fleet at anytime from anywhere. At home, at work, just hanging out. I can always see what my team is doing.

What do you dislike about the product?

I really don’t have a dislike. Nothing comes to mind

Knowing. If my vehicles are doing their patrols accordingly.
I can just check the app and see who’s doing what and at what times.

Suga Fleet helps me identify all my potential driving areas that need improvement, such as speed and erratic driving.

What do you dislike about the product?

It doesn’t take into consideration when someone pulls out in front of you and you have to brake really hard, which obviously gives you a ding on hard braking.

What i like is that you can check your score on the daily basis to see where you can improve your skills on the road

What do you dislike about the product?

What i dislike is that when other drivers cut you ofd and make you hit the brakes a little harder and it brings down your score drastically.

It helps with maintaining a healthy driving score during work hours.
