It is a task to assign drivers. It seems like it could be streamlined.

Being able to track down how much time was spent with a customer for each technician.

I don't have any dislike the only thing would be sometimes it takes a minute to load the vehicle , I have tried a few other tracking companies but so far Azuga has been the winner

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking our drivers in real time , also tracking the times that they are working

What do you like best about the product?

We really enjoy the automated alerts for impacts, sudden acceleration, and hard braking (aggressive driving indicators), along with the “breadcrumb” tracking and the ability to livestream at any time.

What do you dislike about the product?

We’ve had a few camera units go “defunct.” However, Azuga has been great about replacing them with new units, and they make the whole process easy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Azuga has helped us from an insurance claims standpoint. We've had numerous backing incidents in parking lots, where other drivers claim that K&P drivers have hit them; however, the camera footage clearly shows the other parties were at fault. We've had other instances where riders make dubious claims about our drivers, and the cameras have proven our drivers' innocence.

What do you like best about the product?

Tracking when it works. We have a lot of trouble with the cords staying connected and breaking.

The cords. There is a lot of issues with them staying connected

They have constant communication and try to resolve issues quickly.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like that Azuga Fleet grants us direct access to our vehicles and provides insights into behaviors like speeding and hard braking. It significantly helps with the health and safety of both our vehicles and employees by limiting accidents through monitoring and discussions on driving safety. The GPS tracking is indispensable for scheduling because our teams operate in a very large area, and being able to track them helps us make on-the-fly adjustments, add work during the day, and manage the team's routes to match customer needs effectively. I find it crucial for vehicle maintenance reminders, like knowing when oil changes are due, and it supports efficient team operations resulting in better earnings. The initial setup was very easy and simple, which was a bonus.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the pricing could be better. It's a little higher than some of the other options out there, which limits our ability to do more with them, especially concerning the package with video feeds and additional options available.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Azuga Fleet keeps track of our vehicles on the road, improving safety and accident prevention. It simplifies scheduling by letting us see vehicle locations, leading to better team management and customer service.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like being able to see my entire fleet and know exactly where each crew member is at any time. It's also great that Azuga Fleet helps with managing services like preventative maintenance, oil changes, and tracking registration figures. Plus, the initial setup was incredibly easy!

The only thing I could think of that could be improved is the video footage feature. It would be better if the intervals were longer than a minute.

Azuga Fleet helps me with daily vehicle monitoring and prompts routes. It lets me see my entire fleet and know where each crew member is anytime. It also manages services like preventative maintenance, oil changes, and registrations.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Azuga because I can get quick accurate updates at any time on the status of any of my fleet vehicles

What do you dislike about the product?

Haven't found anything so far that I don't like.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

solves the problem of where my drivers are, it benefits me because it cuts back on phone calls to the drivers to get their location

What do you like best about the product?

Detailed daily Breadcrumbs Reports in PDF are incredibly helpful to control and correct driver's behavior, the Live Map gives a full picture of the traffic zones.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't have any complaints, just sometimes the Live Map is twitching , not sure why

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

To win the arguments with the clients about duration of the jobs, as well to prevent getting Police tickets by my fleet drivers in case of speeding by correcting their driving behavior. Or , if accident happens, immediate notification about it with all details.

What do you like best about the product?

I found the ease of use of Azuga Fleet really appealing, especially when it comes to navigating both the mobile app and the online server. I also loved how it solved issues by allowing me to track vehicles in real-time and providing detailed descriptions of service codes along with guidance on how to fix them. The initial setup was super easy, making the whole experience smoother.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would have liked more tools such as being able to set curfews, notify me of specific locations etc.

Azuga Fleet lets me track vehicles in real-time and provides clear service code descriptions, making it easy to address issues. The mobile app and online server are easy to navigate, enhancing its usability.
