Knowing what assets are on the network is powerful as you cannot protect what you cannot see.

It will require a bit of learning for complex queries.

It’s helping detail what is connected to the network and allows for patching or isolating devices to keep the organization safe.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Axonius is the visibility it gives across the environment. It pulls data from many different tools and shows everything in one place, which makes life much easier. The queries are powerful and help in finding exactly what you are looking for without much effort. It also helps a lot in identifying unknown or unmanaged assets, which is something we were missing earlier. Overall it saves time and improves our understanding of the environment.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I don’t like about Axonius is that it can feel complex in the beginning. There is a learning curve to understand the queries and how everything is connected. Sometimes the data depends a lot on the integrations, so if a source is not updated properly it can cause confusion. Also the UI can feel a bit heavy when working with large datasets, and the pricing is not cheap.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Axonius is mainly solving the problem of asset visibility for us. Earlier we had data spread across multiple tools and it was hard to know what devices or users actually exist in the environment. With Axonius, we get a single source of truth which helps in identifying unmanaged, outdated, or risky assets. This helps us improve security, reduce blind spots, and also makes audits and reporting much easier. Overall it saves time and helps us take better decisions.

What do you like best about the product?

Axonius works different compare to other asset management solution. The way it works is like an Asset Management solution with intelligence. You can ingest all available information and play with it.

What do you dislike about the product?

Axonius is much dependent to the number of management tools it integrate with (in a form of Adapters). As much as possible you should have different tools such as AD, EPP/EDR, NAC, NGFW, NMS, VA, etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Axonius solves the problem in overall asset visibility. It also helps you to identify the unique number of assets in your environment compare to other asset management platform, Axonius correlate, normalize, validate, and deduplicate data. By the help of correlation, you can easily identify rogue devices, devices with no agents, and especially in auditting and compliance check.

What do you like best about the product?

Software was simple to install and set up. Can aggregate data for endpoints, servers and people. It's simple to create and save queries to reconcile assets.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn't a way to organize the metric cards. They are sorted in order of creation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It completes our CIS control for asset management. We used various other tools in the past. This tool brings everything together in one view and we can filter on information from each adapter and reconcile accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?

Complete integration of your systems, apis, vendors with accessible metadata. Technical support with vendor tools is a plus.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not ease of use, Advanced automation options are not completely optimized.

It provides a centralized platform with a high level of detail of information from security systems of the organization.

Axonius is one of the best tools for having integrations with other tools

Axonius has various use cases and can be used to get data of a particular resource from all the tools it is connected with.

What do you dislike about the product?

The UI of the Axonius is something which can be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Axonius is a go-to platform to fetch the details of any of the resources that we have in our organisation and the fact that it is integrated with most of the tools, it helps to give reports with parameters coming from various tools.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Axonius aggregates data from several different sources and has a very useful API and an extremely helpful support team

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike that sometimes the connecters dont sync up properly and there are more than one assets overlaid one entry

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving inventory problems with axonius- we can pull devices from everywhere and use very detailed queries that return data in a json format, then we can use those to automatically populate our IT inventory.
