What do you like best about the product?

I like the easy-to-use interface and the ease of navigation. I certainly value the directory as it is organized and thorough regarding employee information, and it's very easy to use. It's a lifesaver to have Sift when there's so many different employees and departments that I'm interacting with constantly. It takes the guesswork out of who a supervisor is for any given department and helps get an idea of what a certain individual looks like through their profile picture. It also gives me access to their contact information, so I can readily communicate with colleagues on any number of projects. It gives myself a platform for other people to reach out to me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'd like there to be some flexibility in employee profiles with what you can provide for other colleagues too. I also wish Sift had different forms of communication, like a designated dialer that can connect calls to external software we use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find Sift takes the guesswork out of identifying supervisors, helps me recognize individuals via profile pictures, and gives me access to contact information for easy communication with colleagues.

The org chart and the ability to easily navigate through that

The people search has to be exact word search

It's easy to find people within the orgranisation and their skills

The organization chart is the most useful tool to keep track of the organization structure. It suceeds where most other tools fails.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is nothing I dislike in particular, but profiles could use some customizable sections.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

From the point of view of the employee, it helps keeping a clear view of the organization structure. Especially in times of high turnover.

The organization char is the most useful tool from the employee perspective. It helps having a clear understand of the organization structure where other tools usually fail.

There is nothing I dislike in particular, although I think the profile could be more useful if it presented customizable sections.

It offers clear understanding of the current organization structure. Especially in periods with high turnover.

It combines all the information about a teammate and makes it accessible and easy to navigate.

doesnt list birthdays - the phone app is hard to naviagte

I LIKE HOW QUICKLY I HAVE ACCESS TO ALL OF THE STAFF CONTACT INFORMATION

NOTHING TO DISLIKE - NO COMPLAINTS AT THIS TIME

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I CAN LOCATE THE MOST UPDATED CONTACT INFORMATION FOR STAFF, I USE SIFT MULTIPLE TIMES THROUGH OUT MY WORKING DAY TO CONFIRM PEOPLE, TITLES, CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS, EMAILS

What do you like best about the product?

It’s really helpful to be able to find my colleagues’ positions and understand the company’s structure, especially during onboarding when you need to get familiar with so many different areas and people.

What do you dislike about the product?

Aside from having a company directory and an organigram, I don’t see any other real use case for me as a mid-level employee, and I rarely find any useful information there.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me understand the company structure when I’m connecting with a colleague I haven’t spoken to before, and I need to know which area and management team they’re part of.

What do you like best about the product?

I like being able to see who’s working on which project or topic, which team they’re in, and who’s working from home that day, so I know whether I need to look for them in the office.

What do you dislike about the product?

It requires a lot of updates from our IT team to make sure it's usable

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Knowing who's working when and from what team and which project instead of having to ask around or run multiple flights of stairs for nothing

What do you like best about the product?

I use Sift for my organization chart at the company I work at. It helps me find coworkers and who they report to, and lets me see job roles of coworkers. I like its interface because it's very user friendly. I use the search by name, job title, or skill feature the most because it allows for quick and easy resolutions to my inquiries. The initial setup was very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the initial step of having to set up an account before being able to use Sift could be improved. Maybe have it automatically pull job-specific information from Teams so a person doesn't have to encounter the setup process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Sift to find coworkers, see who they report to, and understand job roles. It provides quick and easy resolutions to my inquiries.

What do you like best about the product?

Sift is so easy to use and I am able to look up anyone in our company for contact information

What do you dislike about the product?

The downside is getting people to fill it out completely. I wish that there was a way to make sure it is completely filled out before it can be submitted.

I can find anyone within our company with just a couple of clicks.
