Secure and Centralized Data Access Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I use QueryPie to manage and control access to our databases and cloud data securely. It centralizes everything, so it’s easy to see who has access, approve requests, and set time limits. The approval workflows are simple, and the audit logs help us stay compliant. It also integrates well with our existing systems, so setup was smooth. QueryPie brings more organization, security, and ease to data access management. It centralizes and simplifies data access with clear approvals and time-bound access. I get full visibility into who has access to what, and the audit logs make compliance much easier. Overall, it saves time, reduces risk, and brings more control to our data environment. QueryPie also fits well into our current workflow as it works with our databases, cloud platforms, data warehouses, and BI tools without needing major changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the user interface, which can feel a bit complex at first. It takes some time to understand all the features and settings, especially for non-technical users. Some workflows also feel a little rigid and could be more customizable. Reporting and filtering could be more flexible as well, especially when you’re trying to find specific access logs or user activity. While it’s very powerful, a smoother learning curve and more customizable would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use QueryPie to centralize data access, making approvals faster and improving security. It gives visibility into data usage, helps with compliance, and integrates smoothly with existing systems.
