Saves hours of doing manual sorting
What do you like best about the product?
I found that Coactive can extract quite impressive details from images and videos. It reduces hours of work when I can simply search for particular objects in the large datasets. For instance, the identification of the customers’ activity in marketing videos became easy to analyze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coactive is not good at creating insight and exporting is painful according to the application. It only provides simple export options such as static report. This limits the data analysis that performed in the documentation further in my usual preferred charts and tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coactive deals with the difficulty of making sense out of the image and video data which are in most cases, unstructured. This was used to be a very tedious job which had to be done manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I can preferably pinpoint details such as competitor products or the placement of our brand logos in a huge database of video contents. This also enables me to produce reports on trends and brand visibility at a faster rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been in a position to harness the benefits of using it in data analysis mainly the text data forming part of customer reviews, comments, and posts among others.

The setup, while not complicated, took a while. I recommend allotting time for the initial setup.
