What do you like best about the product?
Outside of the box, Archer is just ok compared to the newer platforms- Zen, Auditpoint, Hyperproof, ect.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you make any custome design or changes that are not out of the box you will be dissapointed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Archer maintains our security exceptions in one centralized location.

What do you like best about the product?
Great Dashboards that showcase operational risk and eGRC capabilities.It helps with the high-level overview of RCSA results and statuses within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
System can be a but more intuitive and streamlined. There is a learning curve due to many drop-downs and buttons that lead to several places. A more simple and friendly design would be sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assists with the Operational Risk Management within the organization and brings together risk mitigation, key risk indicators, key performance indicators, risk control self assessments, SOX 404, and the COSO framework regulatory compliance

What do you like best about the product?
RSA Archer met my team's needs for building out a Vendor Risk Management program, allowing full control and build out of our customized workflows for all SMEs and stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform allowed for customization and met our team's needs, it was very nuanced to create the custom dashboards + necessary approval workflows and required multiple resources on our end including hiring a full-time dedicated Archer RSA expert on our team, who dually worked as the primary admin, and contracting with multiple consulting firms for many years to assist in the build out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a full end to end vendor risk management program allowing for systematic review, documentation repository, approval, annual risk review and renewal capabilities with workflows to all relevant SMEs by vendor type and risk score weighting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your due diligence to best understand what likely are the capital budgeting requirements to onboard and implement this system for your program needs, especially the ongoing support needs + costs.

Good Product, Customizable, workflow based, rich in functionality, effective access controls. The dashboard capability allows for a wide range of customization for multiple users types and levels. What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, data visualisation is very helpful, one can track Project status, budget spendings, identified risks using dashboards and ivews and notifications can be configured to alert users on possible risks and issues identified, RSA Archer provides OOTB solutions which can be tailored to meet the organisation process
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom coding is not fully supported and field id changes has to be made with each change migration to Test and Production environment

we use archer to automate approvals and workflow for following domains: Issues Management, Project Management, Strategic planning and Exam Management

UI, navigation, configuration is pretty easy to pick up on

What do you like best about the product?
It was pretty fast to navigate through the application and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to develop customized applications that were not out of the box. It also became complication to figure out the structure of the application once it grew to a larger scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilized it to track vulnerabilities for the government's cyber security team. It was beneficial for our team because it provided simple to use interface for tracking issues. The ability to use workflows helped as well for efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an application for tracking capiblities, RSA Archer can get you there, but if you're looking for something with more customization not out-of-the-box, I would look elsewhere.
