Easy to create educational track

What do you like best about the product?
Platform that facilitates the creation of a knowledge trail. Easy to upload your content and handle. Great customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
In the administrative part, some features I had difficulty understanding because it is not so intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
As a client of myQuest, I’ve been consistently impressed by the platform’s ability to enhance engagement and support meaningful learning experiences. One thing that really stands out to me is the fact that the team behind the myQuest platform are always looking at ways to engage participants in different ways and they actively involve clients in the design process. They regularly reach out for feedback on new features, which not only makes us feel heard but also gives us the chance to help shape the platform in ways that directly benefit our program deliveries. It’s a collaborative approach that’s rare and really appreciated. The customer service is second to none and the team are incredibly responsive and willing to help. Having this type of relationship on offer is incredibly helpful.

The platform itself offers a strong foundation for our content, with features like the Resource Center providing a central, easy-to-navigate hub for materials—something our participants really value. The flexibility to create interactive and varied missions means we can keep our programs dynamic and tailored, maintaining interest and encouraging deeper engagement. When we collect feedback from participants in our program, myQuest is always mentioned as being fun and easy to use. In today's busy environment where people don't have time to be creating accounts and logging into many different systems, it's great to see that myQuest has managed to overcome this obstacle with their engaging interface and that our participants love what myQuest offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many cons that I would associate with being a myQuest user. Nor have we received any negative feedback about the platform functionality itself. The only thing from a client perspective is that you can't have too many team members changing the program builder in the back end all at once as it tends to glitch, but that's easily rectified by planning times and ensuring communication between the people responsible for changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
myQuest are very responsive at solving problems, it benefits us as participants don't often notice if there is a glitch. At the moment we have a program of participants who are not receiving email notifications when we release new content. myQuest were able to identify that all participants had unsubscribed from notifications and were able to resubscribe participants easily (at their request).

Intitutive, learner friendly, great support team

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure, flexibility in learner configuration and setup, UI, our own assigned PM that learns our business and helps with changes, suggestions, business improvement ideas, regular customer webinars, continuous updates and additional functionaliy, not continually raising the price or looking for ways to generate extra revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating new courses, we can easily use existing modules of old courses; however, if we need to make changes to a module, there is no module library that allows making changes to the parent and having it automatically copied to modules down the heirarchy.

Can't colour code modules or levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy, global access to the courses for clients anywhere, ability to rollout as a coporate LMS using SCORM, ease of editing and changing existing modules/lessons, new AI features.

Great support

What do you like best about the product?
The system is clear and easy to understand, but I really have to praise the support we have recieved from Megan. Every email and query I have sent her, the response has been prompt and enabled me to understand what is required.
When a query hasn't been something that can be quickly resolved, Megan has been supportive and looked into it in more detail to ensure we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue is the ' in some email addresses - it appears that this does not work so have had to arrange different email addresses to be used in these cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped me with the set up of courses, as well as the creation of cohorts and their mentors. This has enabled me to undertake these tasks promptly rather than having to go back and forth.

The main issue with the ' in someone's email address took longer to resolve, but we have found a solution thanks to Megan and your IT team.

MyQuest fit all of our needs

What do you like best about the product?
We are a non-profit and were looking for an education system that would allow us to onboard our new members with our education materials and track their progress. MyQuest fit all of our needs and has been a great success among our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any problems were quickly resolved and emails always answered on the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was very easy to add new content to the system, to organize the flow that each student would follow, to create new courses and track Austen progress. We now get notifications every time a student starts and finishes each course making it easier to stay on top of everyone's education progress. MyQuest staff was also great and immediately responsive with all our questions and requests. MyQuest was a key part of our success in following out our education program to our new members.

Good product, fantastic experience

What do you like best about the product?
I moved from Kajabi to myQuest, despite Kajabi being cheaper and feature-rich, for two main reasons:

1. myQuest has something Kajabi doesn't: coaching integrated with courses. This means that I can respond to learner's questions, comments and feedback in real time. This has been a unique proposition for my clients.

2. myQuest provided an actual, real person to work with me on setting up my courses and foundation, as a "single point of contact". Available via meetings, email, this support was invaluable, not just from a "how to" perspective but from a "why" perspective as well. Good though Kajabi support is, it's technical support. There's a community but there's no guarantee of getting what you need from that. Technical support was also highly available and effective, managed through that same single point of contact.

It's hard to overstate the value of this level of support. When considering pricing, take this into account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is quirky and breaks a few UX "rules" (for example, navigation through the course is module by module, rather than select from a dropdown) but these aren't highly problematic.

I would like more AI capabilities available to me - for example, marking responses to assessment questions - but I believe this is "coming soon".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sell online courses and coaching for IT professionals. myQuest gives me a way to combine the two in a single, easily accessible manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Willing to listen first! True customer 1st approach. We have seen myQuest set and meet mutual expectation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can honestly say that it doesn't give fairness to myQuest to make any reflection on this because we have seen an immediate attention to address any identified difficiencies.

myQuest has helped our organization align process and training in series of learning blocks to develop a true CRM-LMS experience

What do you like best about the product?
MyQuest is a strong platform to enhance your coaching and training. It allows coaching clients to have virtual connections, mentors, and receive real-time feedback. Using the platform, it is easy to add content and develop courses to fit your coaching needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non-tech person, I need to set time aside to learn the platform to maximize learning and monetize it.

We use it as an adjunct to our one one one and group coaching based on the programs we offer.

What do you like best about the product?
The product has been built with actual learning in mind rather than just focusing on only a great E-learning interface. The inclusion of coachingm resources, mentoring and community made it the best authoring system we came across, allowing learners to use a range of vehicles to embed their learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'd like things appearing to the user in a different order other than the system presents. Its not a big issue but a 'nice to have'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Motivating people to use e-learning to help them think and learn rarther than tick a 'completed that one thank goodness' box.
