Ground breaking
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of user interaction & content creation and implementation.

Finding ressources to help showcase value to your niche, but still findiing customer support to guide you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MyQuest has been a game changer for my coaching website. It simplifies everything from creating courses to managing clients. The integration of course creation and community building has boosted client engagement and saved me time. With its user friendly interface I can focus more on delivering value to my clients. Overall, MyQuest has streamlined my coaching business and enhanced the client experience.

What do you like best about the product?
myQuest has enabled our business to grow internationally. The interface is simple for users to navigate and the support provided by our Project Manager is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited capacity to vary fonts (colour, size, underlines etc) to use for written content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivery of program content and action learning feedback loops to international client base.
Aesthetic, unique but limited.
What do you like best about the product?
Design and aesthetics. 1:1 support for students. Highly structured builder allows well placed, features such as practice tips etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The over structured nature of the system creates a platform which is very limited. Students have to work through predesignated workflows. There is no ability to see a full course, the student must work level (lesson) by level. It might be more suited to groups in which each student can progress at his or her own pace, regardless of the group.
There are additional inherent limitations of the system forcing one to build levels in an artifical manner (as update in a programs structure erases students activities).

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my participants can access the content on their own time at their speed. It's a great complement to the live sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes my participants have a hard time getting back in. or there have been a few glitches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed me to develop blended learning for my virtual training. It saves time by allowing participants to do pre-reading or self assessments rather than doing it while in a live session.
Overall a solid product with very responsive and patient representatives
What do you like best about the product?
The builder, once I learned the format was easy to use, to update which I greatly appreciated. I also felt supported by Megan, my personal quest representative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The image upload function had some kinks. I was most frustrated by the journaling function, it lacked organization and flexibility making it hard to track/follow participants' entries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows some tracking of engagement with some attestation features for accountability. The journaling feature was key for being able to personally process content with each learner.
Easy to use, offers a professional looking product for a small business like ours

Easy to build learning modules, super helpful account management, professional look to the platform.

We are a small firm and we needed a learning tool we could give to clients that didn't take too much design or software building cost.
MyQuest helped me build a great course
What do you like best about the product?
My advisors, Megan Palmer and Billy Mike were supremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They are the secret weapon to collaborating on a successful course.

Would have liked more organic assistance with marketing, which they are currently workiing on

Helping clients around the world overcome their fear of speaking through a reasonably priced, self paced course.
A great e-learning experience
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is engaging, easy to construct as a provider, as well as easy to use as a learner. The ability to divide the learning into levels that need to be unlocked makes it more fun and the idea of completing missions gives you smaller milestones of accomplishment
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to further customize the platform whereby learners get feedback on their responses, whether or not they got something wrong and even possibly having to complete a questionnare (timed)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While e-learning has always been important, the pandemic made it even more relevant. We used myQuest to convert our programs to micro-learning that allowed our clients to continue receiving valuable learning in an easy-to-use and deploy solution.

We have had trememdous success using MyQuest. The platform is easy to use and it has enhanced our offerings to our clients.

To offer effetive blended learning experiences to our clients.
Transformed the way we delivered training
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a on-line learning platform that we use in-between virtual classes for a 6-week course. This allows learners to practice and apply material between classes. MyQuest support is super responsive - like within an hour if I need assistance. The training was great and they provide regular information for our business to get more value out of the platform. Building classes is very easy, no special IT/code skills required. Lots of ways to link to external content - more that we would ever use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a user (learner) locks thier account because they attempted their password too many times - I cannot unlock it myself. I have to contact support, but they are very quick to respond so it hasn't been an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When doing workshops in person (before COVID) learners would retain about 20% of the content and only implement 1-2 actions. This platform allows us to create work between virtual sessions to verify they have retained key information and to implement actions and then come to the next virtual class where all participants share how they implemented it. Our clients are getting a ton more value out of the training and it costs them less becuase there isn't any travel and they don't have to take the employee out of thier role for 3 days. I honestly don't think our business would have survived COVID without it. Our clients are getting so much more value we have seen about a 300% increase in business with our target customers YOY and a lot of referrals.
