Wix Simplifies Web Design, Perfect for Educators
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and self-explanatory setting up a website with Wix is; this simplicity made the process a breeze for me. The access to its features is greatly appreciated, especially the online programs which have immensely benefited me in managing educational content without additional platforms. It's user-friendly, orderly, and the site's building capabilities are impressive. I also enjoy the variety of features offered by Wix, including the product and booking pages, enabling me to customize and adjust the website as needed over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been very grateful for the ongoing updates and changes to the Wix online programs. I would still like to see enhancements in certain areas. Specifically, I would like to see an enhanced ability to import more sections and programs seamlessly from one program to another within the Wix online platform. Additionally, improving the formatting capabilities in the online program description is essential for me, such as incorporating options for bold, underline, bullet points, and adding links in the descriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix has integrated online programs allowing us to migrate and rebuild educational content, making it user-friendly and organized, thereby eliminating the need for a separate platform and improving ease of building and managing our site.

What do you like best about the product?
Comms are amazing , there is no prompt other than to login into the account and connect with chat - Chat is the preferred form of contact as you can record details of conversation transaction then backtrack steps .
I had used Wix in the past ( at the very beginning ) and was not really happy with the functionality but after using Wix im considering singing up with other clients. Improvements have been tremenduous , agents are knowledgeable and fast .

What do you like best about the product?
Wix offers a range of website development features that make it suitable for both MVPs and production-ready sites. Its tools are user-friendly, allowing for quick setup and customization, which is especially helpful when building an MVP. At the same time, Wix provides enough flexibility and functionality to support more polished, fully developed websites for production use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a UI loading issue that occurs in certain situations when the network is slow.

Wix’s Dynamic Pages Fail to Index — A Costly Problem for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, and the template selection gave me a strong starting point. For a small business owner, it’s helpful that everything from hosting to SSL to mobile responsiveness is included in one package. I also liked the ability to use CMS collections for service area pages, since it promised scalability without needing to duplicate dozens of static pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Wix has serious problems with dynamic CMS pages and SEO indexing. For over a month, my business’s dynamic service pages have failed to index in Google, making me essentially invisible in search. Support confirmed this was a platform bug but could not provide a resolution timeline. I was first told it would be fixed by a certain date, which was missed, and later told there is no ETA at all. There is no compensation for lost business, no real escalation path, and contradictory information (e.g., being promised a supervisor call only to be told later that supervisors don’t take calls). For a platform marketed to small businesses, the lack of reliability, transparency, and accountability has been extremely damaging.

Wix is designed to solve the problem of making website creation accessible for people without technical backgrounds. For a small business like mine, it removes the need to learn coding or manage servers. It bundles hosting, design tools, and SEO settings into one platform, which in theory should save time and let me focus on running my business. The editor makes it simple to build pages, adjust layouts, and launch new content quickly, and the CMS collections feature is supposed to make it easier to scale content across multiple service areas without duplicating work.
The intended benefit is clear: a professional-looking website, fully hosted and maintained, without needing to hire a developer. Unfortunately, because of ongoing technical issues with Wix’s CMS dynamic pages not indexing in Google, the solution isn’t delivering on its core promise for me. The website templates are stunning, easy to use & customise, and responsive on all devices, but the AI website builder is the shtz, it lets you edit and tweek the design as it creates your site from a few questions you answered, The AI marketing agent takes care of the on-page SEO for you, right down to adding Meta tags and Structured data markups so the bots can read your site easily, it writes content for relevant blogs, creates and posts social posts, creates and sends email campaigns, and optimizes your site for top SEO results
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix is not clear and upfront about the payment changes and future rules that unfold when one renews their annual website subscription package purchased the previous year

The AI marketing agent has helped me save time integrating the SEO into the website seamlessly, also offering optimizations to improve the website. Wix also offers analytics of website traffic and what to improve or focus on, they also show you if and how AI chatbots reference your site for user questions, which I absolutely love.

I like that Wix makes it really easy to design a professional-looking website without needing coding skills. The drag-and-drop editor is very flexible, and there are a lot of templates to choose from, which saves a lot of time. I also like the built-in apps like forms, bookings, and SEO tools that make it simple to manage everything in one place.

Sometimes the editor can feel a little heavy and slow, especially if the website has a lot of elements. Also, once you pick a template, it’s not easy to switch to another one without starting over, which can be a bit limiting.

Easy Website Building for Beginners and Pros
What do you like best about the product?
Wix makes website creation super simple with its drag-and-drop editor. I can build professional-looking pages without coding. The templates are modern, responsive, and easy to customize. I especially like the app integrations for forms, chat, and e-commerce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced customization options are limited unless you use Velo (developer mode), which has a learning curve. Also, site loading speed can be slower if you use too many apps or large media files.

I wanted to create a professional-looking portfolio without hiring a designer or learning complex coding. Wix’s drag-and-drop editor and ready-made templates made it easy to showcase my work and customize the design to match my style. It saved me time, effort, and money while giving me a polished online presence.
Wix doesn’t allow easy integration
What do you like best about the product?
Everything’s great and super easy to set up on Wix, however, integration with other Booking sites is aggravating and it’s too tedious to do it service by service as opposed to having one selection to do everything at once

The integration buttons are horrible. They don’t work easy to use

Weeks doesn’t actually help you solve anything. When you reach out for help, then you get bombarded by like 15 different people trying to sell you services as opposed to helping you.
A Great Platform with Plenty of Features
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's ease of use is a standout feature. The design process feels very fluid, and it's simple to customize templates to fit a specific vision. The integrated features for things like e-commerce and booking are also very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I found challenging is the lack of flexibility once a template is chosen. It can be difficult to make major layout changes later on without starting over. Also, for more advanced users, the customization options can feel a bit limited

Wix has solved the issue of needing a single platform to handle my website, online store, and booking system. This integration makes it much simpler to run my business and keeps everything organized
