What do you like best about the product?
I have been genuinely impressed with Wix due to its intuitive and complete toolset, allowing me the flexibility to create exactly what I envisioned. Wix’s platform is incredibly user-friendly, which made my transition from using MS Front Page much smoother than anticipated. I'm particularly fond of how the AI chat support within Wix works exceptionally well, saving me considerable time and effort. The tutoring videos have been invaluable, providing clear guidance that has enhanced my expertise with the platform. Additionally, Wix stands out for its superior capabilities compared to other web design options such as Wordpress, particularly in terms of producing aesthetically pleasing websites. I appreciate the platform’s versatility, enabling me to follow my creative instincts without technical limitations. The true highlight for me, however, has been the outstanding customer support. On two occasions, speaking with real human representatives significantly eased my navigation issues; they were incredibly skilled communicators. The ease of integrating graphics and photos, with the editing flexibility for elements like buttons and frames, is another fantastic feature of Wix. I also value that Wix caters to modern needs by allowing seamless creation and editing for different device views, ensuring my site looks excellent across desktops, tablets, and smartphones. The effortless way it enabled audio file integration for my project was a big win for me. Overall, the great tools, comprehensive flexibility, and exceptional AI and customer support make me rate Wix highly and enthusiastically recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Wix provides total flexibility and extensive tools, helping me easily design a creative website without limitations. Its intuitive interface and AI assistance streamline the process, and its support is exceptional. Plus, it offers seamless site adaptation across devices.

Limited Customization and Frustrating Cancellation Experience with Wix

What do you like best about the product?
If you don't need any customization, Wix can be appealing. But, I found it to not have many options.
What do you dislike about the product?
This was absolutely the worst company I have worked with to aid my business. After 5 years of using them, I still never had a working version of the website I was trying to create. It was a waste of money, and when I tried to cancel my account, they made me jump through so many hopes instead of making it easy to delete and cancel the account. I choose to sign up for 3 year terms, assuming that I could cancel at any time and be prorated the difference as a refund, they would not issue me a refund even though I had 2 years left on my plan. It's just going to go to waste now. They had horrible customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They didn't solve any of my problems. They just took my money and left me to deal with it.

Easy to sign up for. Site is intuitive. Customer Services is helpful and responsive.

Their policies on refunds. But to be fair, the challenges I had were of my own error and not the company's.

What do you like best about the product?
I have had a wonderful experience working with Wix. I highly appreciate the ease of use that Wix offers, which is a significant factor for me when considering a repurchase. Setting up websites with Wix was not difficult, which made the whole process smooth and manageable from the start. The platform helps me overcome challenges related to website setup and assists in creating and updating websites efficiently. Additionally, the ability to create forms for events is a feature I find very useful. Overall, the platform's usability and functionality in professional website creation stand out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the current pricing structure and would appreciate if the prices were lowered.

I find Wix easy for website updates and creation, simplifying site setup.

I used to work with an older version of Wix, but now everything has been updated with new features and more design options. It has made creating a website much faster and easier for me.

Overall, compared to previous versions, I am enjoying the new features. I find them to be a good improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Wix to be incredibly feature-rich and user-friendly. Its intuitive setup with step-by-step guidance is seamless, even for a non-technical person. I appreciate the vast array of built-in features like video backgrounds, scrollers, dynamic pages, advanced SEO, and more, which solve various needs effortlessly. I love that Wix's premium plan allows me to manage multiple sites under one subscription, which simplifies website development and management. Additionally, the ease of access to a large marketplace for various plugins and the capability to create subsites is fantastic. The support system, including AI and agent-based help, along with a thriving community, makes troubleshooting straightforward. Overall, Wix’s comprehensive features and flexibility make it my go-to choice for website development.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using Wix, I encountered a problematic issue when working with both the production and development sites simultaneously. When I've got them open side by side to work on features, there's a risk that changes intended for the test site might mistakenly replicate to the production site. It's a bit of a concern because I want the production site to be read-only during these times. This might be a bug or a limitation I'm unsure how to work around, but it's definitely something I'd like to see changed.

I find Wix solves design and functionality needs with inbuilt features, enhancing website creation without technical skills, and providing extensive customization options like video backgrounds, blogs, and advanced SEO, simplifying development with a user-friendly setup.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix is easy to use with the templates available to build your own site and add all the elements that you need from your own files. The site updates your published websites very quickly. It is a great solution for anyone who wants to build a website that has zero knowledge of doing it. The website builder also offers enough features for more advanced users as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Wix offers many different services to pair with your website. Some of them are an additional cost each month. It is nice to have many features like mass email or SEO options all in one portal, it can be cheaper to use different websites for different functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily make changes to our website with online tools. The ability to manage multiple websites from the same portal and login.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is generally pretty intuitive for someone who is not, by trade, a web designer. The thing that inspired me to review? The customer service. I was able to reach a real human after AI failed to help me. Tina Marie walked me through what I needed to do and was able to fix the issue. She was patient and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some parts of the web design that are a little frustrating to someone who is not a professional. But the customer service will get you through it.

Wix walked me through my design and publishing issues.
