What do you like best about the product?

A lot of information and updates on the steps the AI is taking in the process. The AI Agent tool gives you very detailed configuration tools and really focuses on building a purpose-driven agent.

What do you dislike about the product?

The amount of information is overwhelming at times. When running a prompt, the stream of process steps it prints gets very messy. The user interface in general seems very cluttered and confusing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me analyze datasets I feed it. I want to discover insights that I wouldn't have looked for myself.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most is that H is built around real computer use, rather than waiting for every system to expose a clean API. A lot of our day-to-day operational work still happens in browsers and internal tools that were designed for people, not for integrations. Being able to describe a multi-step task and then have an agent navigate the screens, click, type, and keep the process moving feels like a different category from chat-based assistants that mainly summarize or draft.

The Agents/platform approach is also practical for teams that need outcomes inside the software they already run. Replay and visibility into what the agent actually did matter, too—when something fails halfway through a flow, you can see exactly where it went off track instead of trying to debug a black box.

What do you dislike about the product?

UI automation is inherently fragile when screens change or edge cases appear. Agents still need clear task framing, guardrails, and human review on anything high-risk. It is not a “set once and forget forever” RPA replacement for every process. Getting reliable production value takes scoping the right workflows and accepting that some steps will always need oversight.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps close the gap between systems that contain the work and the lack of APIs or connectors needed to automate that work. The main benefit is that you can automate, or at least semi-automate, processes that previously required someone to click through the same steps over and over—without needing a full-stack rebuild. That, in turn, frees people up to focus on exceptions and judgment calls rather than spending time on repetitive navigation.

What do you like best about the product?

How practical the technology feels when you actually start using it. I appreciate that the focus isn't just on creating impressive AI models, but on making them useful for real world tasks and workflows. I've found the platform particularly helpful when working with larger amounts of information, where it can quickly help me understand the key points and turn them into something more manageable.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I find challenging is that there can be a bit of a learning curve when you first start exploring the more advanced capabilities. Some features aren't immediately obvious, so it can take some trial and error to understand how to get the best results.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me deal with tasks that would normally involve a lot of manual searching, reviewing and organizing of information. Instead of working through everything individually, I can use the AI to help pull together relevant details, summarize complex info and support multi-step tasks more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how the holoTab from H company works out of the box and delivers, it interacts with the browser and organizes the tabs which is helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

I do not like the fact that the HoloTab does not ask questions for clarification.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the issue of using browsing for a long time manually to do something which is not necessarily complex.
