What do you like best about the product?
I like that they look at engagement across all channels, not just one. Also very impressive that it is both online and offline. That's rare.

It is sometimes overwhelming with information.

If you are looking for a marketing automation platform with a proven track record and a large user base, you may want to consider a different option. However, if you are looking for a platform with a wide range of features and the ability to automate routine tasks, UniServe Reach may be a good choice for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Uniserve Reach is a good marketing management software; it helps us with lead management to track users' opinions about our company. It benefits the campaign management process in Email, social media, and advertising!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't straightforward for a business like ours to implement. Also, a barrier is an initial investment in the marketing process, a problem for small businesses with a low budget. I recommend searching other software first before using this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in many things, such as the automatization process and the real-time reports, which is an outstanding feature on their part, but I personally think that it is excellent software!!
