Seamless, Simple Password Management Across Desktop and Mobile

    Reviewed on Jun 18, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is one of the software tools that is part of my day to day, hour by hour ways of working. From storing all my access logins to sharing credentials with team mates. It's a wonderful product that works seamlessly on both my desktop and mobile devices. I'm a big fan. I've never had a need to contact support as it works so well and as the person responsible for onboarding colleagues onto the platform that's also super simple and easy to manage. The user experience is simple and easy to use and it integrates with Chrome and most of the desktop applications I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
A very small gripe around when you have a work and family account on the same device. When one of them isn't logged in it can be a little confusing why passwords aren't being retrieved. But once you figure this out it's easy to just login and carry on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Put simply, it addresses the challenge of managing secure access to platforms and making sure passwords remain strong across the organisation.

Easy, Secure Password Sharing with Time-Saving Autofill and Watchtower Alerts

    Reviewed on Jun 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
1Password makes it easy to keep all passwords, secure notes, and login details in one place. The browser extension works really well, autofill saves time, and sharing credentials with teammates is much more secure than using emails or spreadsheets. I also like the watchtower alerts that help identify weak or compromised passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup can be a little confusing for first time users, especially when understanding vaults and the secret key. Auto fill occassionally misses some websites as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of managing and sharing multiple passwords securely. Instead of remembering dozens of logins, everything is stored safely and accessible when needed, which saves time and improves security across the team.

Secure simplicity for everyday digital life

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about 1Password is its balance of strong security and everyday convenience. It protects sensitive data with end‑to‑end encryption, offers seamless autofill across devices, and supports shared vaults for teams or families. It makes managing countless logins effortless without compromising trust or privacy—truly peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about 1Password is its subscription‑only model and occasional complexity for new users. While the security is excellent, the recurring cost can feel steep compared to one‑time purchase alternatives. Its advanced features, though powerful, sometimes overwhelm beginners who just want a straightforward password manager without extra layers of setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password is solving the problem of managing countless, complex passwords securely without relying on memory or unsafe habits like reusing credentials. It eliminates risks of breaches by storing everything in encrypted vaults, autofilling logins, and supporting multi‑device access. For me, it means stronger security, smoother workflows, and less stress around digital identity.

Would you like me to frame this in a polished 50‑word version, similar to how you asked earlier?

I have been using 1Password since last year, and it stands out for its strong security and well-designed features. It also offers seamless syncing across devices, a convenient Travel Mode, and reliable autofill, which makes everyday use much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I ran into was logging into the system using the “Secret Key.” While it does add an extra layer of protection, the process felt a bit cumbersome for me as a user.

The ease of creating complex passwords, having them autofill into the correct fields, and saving them for future use feels perfect. Their onboarding for Device Trust is thorough, and the support teams are detailed, quick to follow up, and patient throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?

Making Daily Credential Management More Structured

    Reviewed on May 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciated most about 1Password was how it reduced the amount of manual credential handling during day-to-day operational work. While managing engineering tools, documentation systems, portals, shared resources, and multiple internal accounts, remembering and securely maintaining separate credentials became difficult over time.

The autofill and password-generation features were especially useful because they removed the need to repeatedly create or manually enter complex passwords. During busy work activities, that saved a surprising amount of time and reduced login friction significantly.I also found the browser extension very practical. Accessing saved credentials directly while switching between engineering portals, shared systems, and documentation platforms made workflows feel more organized.

Another strong point was secure credential sharing. Instead of sending passwords through emails or chat messages, access could be controlled more safely through shared vaults and permissions, which improved internal coordination and reduced unnecessary exposure of sensitive information.

From a UI/UX perspective, the platform feels clean and stable without becoming overly technical for normal users. Synchronization across devices and browsers also worked reliably during regular usage.

The Watchtower-style security alerts and password-health visibility were another unexpected benefit because they helped identify reused or weaker passwords that otherwise would have been ignored.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation I noticed is that the initial onboarding process can feel slightly overwhelming for first-time users, especially while understanding vault structures, permissions, recovery setup, and browser integration.

There are also occasional autofill inconsistencies on certain websites where fields are not detected correctly, particularly during multi-step login or verification pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using 1Password, credentials were being managed through browser memory, personal notes, spreadsheets, or manual sharing methods, which increased both security risks and operational confusion.

During engineering and documentation activities, multiple portals, software systems, and shared tools required separate credentials, and manually tracking them became inefficient over time.

1Password solved this by centralizing password management, secure sharing, autofill, and credential organization into one controlled platform. Instead of repeatedly resetting passwords or searching through old records, credentials became accessible in a more structured and secure way.The biggest operational benefit was reduced friction during login-heavy workflows. Teams could securely access shared resources without depending on repeated password requests or insecure sharing methods.

It also improved password hygiene because strong unique passwords could be generated and maintained consistently without adding extra manual effort. Overall, it reduced credential-management overhead while improving security visibility and access control across regular work activities.

Secure, Easy-to-Use Password Manager Across All Devices

    Reviewed on May 23, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about 1Password is how well it balances strong security with ease of use. The interface feels clean and intuitive, autofill works reliably across my devices, and features like Watchtower, shared vaults, and passkey support make it practical for both personal use and working with a team. I also appreciate that it makes advanced security tools feel approachable rather than overly complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of 1Password is its subscription-only pricing, which can feel expensive compared with alternatives that offer free tiers or one-time purchase options. Some users also find the newer interface a bit heavier and more complex than older versions, particularly when they want quick, local-only workflows or more advanced customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password makes password management both simple and secure. It lets me store strong passwords, autofill logins across devices, and keep sensitive information neatly organized. Overall, it saves time while also improving my security.
