All-in-One Security and Easier Team Collaboration with 1Password

    Reviewed on Jul 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to store everything in one app—passkeys, recovery keys, two-factor authentication, and more—has made our business much more secure. It has also made it easier for us to collaborate with other employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autofill feature for forms isn’t as good as Google Chrome’s native version. If I have both turned on, they end up fighting with each other, so I just stick with 1Password’s less capable option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me use unique passwords and adds more security, and I can share them across teams when needed.

    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It makes managing passwords feel effortless. I don't have to remember dozens of different logins or come up with secure passwords myself as it generates strong ones for me and autofills everything, which saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, sometimes the browser extension acts up and doesn't recognize login filed but it is very rare
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to remember dozens of passwords. I used to use the same one everywhere or constantly hit "forgot password." Now 1Password creates and stores strong unique passwords for all my accounts, and I just need to remember one master password. It autofills everything, so logging in takes seconds.

Seamless, Simple Password Management Across Desktop and Mobile

    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is one of the software tools that is part of my day to day, hour by hour ways of working. From storing all my access logins to sharing credentials with team mates. It's a wonderful product that works seamlessly on both my desktop and mobile devices. I'm a big fan. I've never had a need to contact support as it works so well and as the person responsible for onboarding colleagues onto the platform that's also super simple and easy to manage. The user experience is simple and easy to use and it integrates with Chrome and most of the desktop applications I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
A very small gripe around when you have a work and family account on the same device. When one of them isn't logged in it can be a little confusing why passwords aren't being retrieved. But once you figure this out it's easy to just login and carry on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Put simply, it addresses the challenge of managing secure access to platforms and making sure passwords remain strong across the organisation.

I also like the watchtower alerts that help identify weak or compromised passwords.

It solves the problem of managing and sharing multiple passwords securely. Instead of remembering dozens of logins, everything is stored safely and accessible when needed, which saves time and improves security across the team.
