My ultimate password manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like 1Password's strong focus on security combined with ease of use. I mean how secure it feels without being too complicated to use . The secret key feature really stands out to me because it adds an extra layer of protection ,which makes me trust it more than other similar tools .
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel a bit inconvenient at times. For example, having to log back into the browser extension frequently feels frustrating, especially when the desktop app isn’t installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password solves the problem of managing multiple passwords and keeping them secure in a place instead of remembering dozens of passwords or reusing the same one, i can store everything safely and just rely on one master login
Easy SSO Integration, Great Support, and Reasonable Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and lets me integrate SSO without hassle. Support has been great whenever I’ve needed it, and the pricing feels reasonable for what I’m getting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of one off password needs and the amount of guest accounts does not usually cut it. This makes us buy more full licenses we would not otherwise need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to share passwords that don't allow multiple user logins safely. This increases our productivity.
Easy, Organized Password Manager That Saves My Time Every Day
What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic and also create health content, so I have to handle many accounts for daily work. I have saved different logins here, so it becomes easy to open them without searching again and again. What I like is it keeps everything in one place, so I don’t have to remember passwords every time. It is easy to use and setup was also simple, I could start using it without much help. I use the browser extension, so when I open my work accounts it shows saved login and I can sign in quickly without typing. I use it almost daily, so it saves time and work feels more organised. It has enough features for my use, not too complex. I did not use support much, but overall it works fine for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am handling many saved logins, it takes a little time to find the exact one, especially if names are similar. Also in the beginning I had to spend some time understanding how things are organised inside. It is not a big issue, but small adjustments take a bit time. Overall it works fine for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this I used to keep passwords in different places or just remember them, so many times it got confusing and I had to reset again. Now everything stays in one place and it fills login automatically which saves time in work. I also use the browser extension, so when I open my work accounts it shows saved login and I can sign in fast without typing. It also suggests strong passwords when making new accounts. Overall it makes daily work more easy and less headache.
Effortless Security and Seamless Autofill
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to autofill my passwords with 1Password, so I didn't have to hunt them down. The browser extension worked well and was easy to add on everyone's computer. I also appreciated that we didn't have to download a separate app if we didn't want to, though we did use it. The initial setup of 1Password was very easy, as we had it installed as part of our computer setup. Overall, I thought it worked pretty well and I find it valuable for keeping my passwords secure and ensuring everything is secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't much I disliked about it, it was easy to use and covered the bases you'd expect it too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password keeps my passwords secure, autofilling them so I don't have to track down or remember each one. It's easy to set up and use, with a convenient browser extension.
Strong and Easy to Use, but Pricing Has Become Too High

Highly Secure, Feature-Rich Password Management with 1Password
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is a highly secure, feature-rich password manager
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides of using 1Password
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password primarily solves the problem of "password fatigue"—the stress and security risk of having to remember dozens of complex, unique passwords across multiple devices. By centralizing your digital life into one secure "vault," it allows you to maintain high security without the mental burden.
1Password is a Seamless, Worry-Free Password Manager for my Team
What do you like best about the product?
I don’t know a single one of my passwords, and I like it that way. Knowing my team’s passwords are securely stored and protected gives me one less thing to worry about. Updating and changing passwords is also no longer a chore we all dread.
I’ve used 1Password for five years now, and I can’t imagine working without it. After testing Last Pass and Dashlane, both felt too daunting to learn and then teach to my team. By contrast, 1Password was a seamless transition: we were able to import our saved browser/phone/tablet passwords, and it was easy for everyone on the team to pick up. Truly a business owner’s best friend.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having to work within separate Microsoft environments for each individual user can be challenging, especially when a colleague is out of the office and you need to retrieve something from their computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password saves us time every time we log in. Once I unlock the system with my unique master password and secret key, everything works like magic from that point on.
Secure and Convenient Password Management for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and how securely it stores all passwords in one place. It helps me quickly find the information I need and simplifies access management for both me and my team. I also appreciate the strong security features and the ability to share credentials safely within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for new users. There are also occasional small delays with autofill or syncing across devices. Additionally, pricing may be a bit high for smaller teams compared to some alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password solves the problem of managing and securing multiple passwords across different services. It reduces the risk of using weak or repeated passwords and makes access management more organized for the team. This helps improve security and saves time in daily work.
Seamless Cross-Platform Password Management with Great Extensions and 24/7 Support
What do you like best about the product?
1Password’s cross-platform support adds real versatility, and it makes owning and using multiple devices feel seamless. It’s straightforward to install and get up and running, and I genuinely enjoy the browser extensions. The extra features, like Git signing, are also a big draw for me personally.
It encourages healthier password habits in day-to-day digital life, helping you avoid reusing the same passwords and familiar patterns that many of us fall into without a manager. For developers, it has clear benefits as well, with integrations into development platforms that help simplify the daily grind of implementing security.
The 24/7 Customer Support also gives me quiet confidence that if something goes wrong, they’ll have your back right when you need it.

What do you dislike about the product?
A real free base-user tier would have been something I would have appreciated as it would have given 1Password mass appeal, where it now resides in an echelon with other PAY-ONLY offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sheer amount of digital products and services we all consume and utilise in daily life has become unmanageable without proper management software that caters for all user needs in one easy to use space.
