What do you like best about the product?

In my day-to-day usage, Zoho Creator makes it very easy to build and manage custom applications using its intuitive drag-and-drop UI, while still allowing flexibility through Deluge scripting for more complex logic. I regularly use it to create forms, automate workflows, and integrate data across systems. The platform performs reliably as apps scale, integrates well with Zoho apps and APIs, and is cost-effective for the value it provides. Support and onboarding are helpful, and features like automation and AI-driven insights further improve productivity.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Zoho Creator is powerful, there are a few limitations I’ve noticed in my usage. UI customization can feel restrictive when trying to build more modern or highly customized designs. Deluge scripting has a learning curve and is not as flexible as full programming languages. Performance can slow down slightly with very large datasets or complex workflows. Also, integrations outside the Zoho ecosystem sometimes require extra effort, and debugging or error handling could be more transparent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my daily work, Zoho Creator helps me replace manual tracking and Excel-based processes by building centralized applications for managing workflows, data, and reporting. I use it to automate approvals, standardize processes, and connect different systems, which reduces errors and saves time. It also allows me to quickly adapt to changing business requirements without long development cycles, helping me deliver solutions faster and improve overall efficiency and decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Zoho Creator because it's easy to create adaptive solutions to our specific needs. Even though I'm not an IT person, I can create fields and reports on my own.

What do you dislike about the product?

Facilitating connections between fields and reports without programming is challenging. It takes a lot of internal effort to understand our needs and plan solutions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Zoho Creator to manage time entry, expenses, vendor invoices, and client billing. It's easy to create adaptive solutions for our needs, and I can create fields and reports independently, even without an IT background.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoho Creator is a very useful web platform for a low code development of business use cases with ability to integrate with other Zoho products like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics etc. This helps in amazing customisations to fit into every business requirement with lots of flexibility.

What do you dislike about the product?

Since it is a low code platform, the UI look and feel seems a bit basic and at times is not user friendly with navigations on the browser. This aspect possibility requires improvements to further enhance user experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Creator helps our organisation with budget tracking & management, our procurement process management with approval workflows and invoice estimate management for forecasting and approval of invoices to be sent to our customers

The speed at which i can prototype and deploy complex applications is amazing also the ease of connecting with the entire zoho ecosystem.

At times, customizing the UI for every fine control or pixel-perfect design can feel restrictive or require workarounds.

Fundamentally solves two main business problems that impact development, the problem of disconnected processes and the problem of slow, expensive custom development.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoho Creator feels like having a full development team in your pocket. What impressed me most is how quickly I could turn rough business ideas into fully functional apps without touching heavy code. The drag-and-drop interface is simple, but the platform doesn’t compromise on depth — I could add workflows, integrate with Zoho CRM, and even connect external APIs in just a few clicks. It’s rare to find a no-code tool that balances simplicity for beginners with power for advanced users, but Zoho Creator manages to do both. For me, it’s not just an app builder, it’s a productivity multiplier.

What do you dislike about the product?

sometimes feels a step behind the desktop version — especially when managing complex workflows or larger datasets. I also feel that onboarding new team members could be smoother; the learning curve for non-technical users is small, but not zero. That said, Zoho’s documentation and support community are improving steadily, so these are more “areas for growth” than real deal-breakers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Creator helped us move away from scattered spreadsheets and manual processes into structured, automated workflows. We built custom applications for lead tracking, approvals, and reporting without needing a dedicated IT team. This has saved hours of repetitive work every week, improved data accuracy, and given management real-time visibility into business operations. The biggest benefit is agility — if our process changes, we can quickly update the app ourselves instead of waiting weeks for external developers.

What do you like best about the product?

One can customize any form and create a personalized dashboard. It also has apps and a secure login method through an authenticator app.

What do you dislike about the product?

The software is clunky and takes some getting used to, and the dashboards need major customization to be effective.

Creating parking inspection dashboards and lists.

I like how integrated they are and easy to learn structure.

Not being able to customize deepdown in the roots.

It is solving the problem of communication between backbone programs.

Zoho Creator helps streamline our invoice approval process at my organization, since each invoice requires 3 levels of approval before submission.

The level of customization and support is very limited, according to my recent experience

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Creator helps us streamline our invoicing approval process within our organization. This is a specific use case/business case we had for which Zoho came up with the solution

What do you like best about the product?

I like that I can export reports for any of our students/business partners with a filter search that is very customizable.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike the table design within the platform, AND that you can't just add google links within.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to house our contacts and connect them with our business entities. We can keep a customized historical record and our entire team can access the data, while still being able to give special permissions.
