What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Clarifai is the combination of a clean, intuitive user interface and the breadth of AI capabilities available through a single platform. It makes it easy to discover, test, and deploy models without a steep learning curve, which helped our team get value from the platform quickly. The integrations are straightforward, allowing us to incorporate AI into existing workflows with minimal effort, and the performance has been consistently reliable. We've also found the platform to deliver a strong return on investment by reducing the time and resources needed to evaluate and implement AI solutions. Whenever we've needed assistance, the onboarding experience and support team have been responsive and knowledgeable.

What do you dislike about the product?

One area for improvement would be the onboarding experience for users who are completely new to AI and machine learning concepts. While the platform itself is intuitive once you get started, some of the more advanced features can take a little time to fully understand. Additional guided tutorials and use-case-specific documentation would help new users get up to speed even faster. That said, the support team has been very responsive whenever we've had questions, and once familiar with the platform, it becomes easy to navigate and use effectively.

Clarifai helps us solve the challenge of evaluating, deploying, and managing AI capabilities without needing to build everything from scratch. Instead of spending significant time and resources sourcing models, configuring infrastructure, and testing integrations, we can access a wide range of AI models through a single platform and quickly determine what works best for our use cases.

The platform has improved efficiency by reducing the time required to experiment with and implement AI solutions, while its integrations allow us to incorporate AI into existing workflows with minimal disruption. We've also been impressed with the performance and reliability of the models available, helping us deliver results faster and with greater confidence. Clarifai is very easy to use and set up. I didn’t need a lot of technical knowledge to start using it. The number of features it offers—especially for image and text AI—is really good. I found it pretty easy to integrate into my workflow with their API. I use it a few times a week, mostly for testing and small projects, and it’s been reliable so far. The clean UI and smooth experience make implementation simple, even for beginners.

What do you dislike about the product?

The customer support could be faster and more helpful. Some of the advanced features take time to understand, and the documentation doesn’t always explain everything clearly. If you use it often or at a larger scale, the cost adds up quickly. Also, a few features could be more customizable.

Clarifai helps me experiment with computer vision and AI projects without needing to build everything from scratch. It saves time by giving access to pre-built models and tools for training custom ones. This is especially useful for learning and testing ideas quickly.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Clarifai for few months now. It is powerful tool for working with AI and images. Platform is good if you want to do image recognition, object detection, or train own models. It helped me in project where I had to sort images by content.

Dashboard is simple and easy to use. I am not expert in machine learning, but I still manage to use most features. Clarifai supports many file types and APIs, which is useful when working with different systems.

Only problem I face is documentation. It is not always clear, and sometimes missing details. Free tier also has limits if project is big.

Overall, Clarifai is smart choice if working with AI for image or video. Not perfect, but very helpful and flexible.

Being a data analyst, I can use Clarifai to detect objects, faces, or scenes in data.

In data science, I often need to label large amount of data. Clarifai helps with that by doing auto-labeling. It makes job faster and less boring. Also, it supports custom training, so I can teach model to understand specific things from my dataset.

Clarifai also works with APIs, so it is easy to connect with other tools I use in project. I can send image or video, and get results quickly. This is useful when building AI solutions or running experiments.

i can choose languages , cloud technologies , and a good community

the free tier gets limited to be honest and it can get complicated to setup versus an open source library

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

by adding generative ai capabilities to my productfor example i upload a picture and the llm writes a personalized caption and description like the content generated is nice gets better

What do you like best about the product?

The best thing I liked is how fast and easy it is to use. I didn’t need to write too much code and still I could train and deploy a model for my image data. The platform is clean and beginner friendly. It also have some ready-made models which saved me a lot of time during testing and demo.

What do you dislike about the product?

Few things though, the free version gets limited very quick and for more serious use you need to upgrade. Also I felt it’s not much flexible for advanced research or model tweaking. Annotation tool also felt a bit slow when handling larger datasets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clarifai helped me a lot in quickly testing and building computer vision models for my student projects. I didn’t had to write all the code from scratch, and could still train and test things easily. It made my work faster, especially for image detection and classification tasks where I needed results quickly for demo or testing. It saved me time and let me focus more on other parts of the project.

The upside is that it makes it fairly easy for developers to deploy the models directly from hugging face

The disappointment is lack of support for other languages like Javascript, C++, etc

The API can initially be daunting as a newcomer to the platform since pipeline setup flow is not evident .

Orchestration of LLM based workflows without too much to worry about the lower layers of setting up cloud/ LLMs.
