What do you like best about the product?
I use Cyble as a source of Cyber Threat Intelligence and I find it very useful and well-structured. I appreciate the advanced customer support, capable of accommodating requests for improvements and the addition of new features over time. I also like the focus on integrating AI tools to provide relevant information. The initial installation of Cyble was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the monitoring of the external attack surface probably needs improvements. Being constantly evolving, I am sure it will get better and better, but at the moment it could be more effective. Furthermore, I believe it would be useful if Cyble supported the use of timely CPEs and provided API access to the knowledge base related to malware and threat actors. I also find the cost quite high, which somewhat affects the recommendation of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Cyble to obtain relevant Cyber Threat Intelligence information; it provides advanced customer support and is well-structured to accommodate new requests and improvements.

AI-Enabled, User-Friendly Platform for Continuous Threat Monitoring

    Reviewed on Jun 16, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is AI-enabled, which makes it an excellent choice for continuous monitoring and threat detection. It’s extremely user-friendly, and it’s not difficult to navigate the portal. It also provides insights for each generated alert, offering an in-depth analysis. Overall, it’s super easy to adopt and integrate this portal into your system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alert pie chart displayed on the left-hand side of the portal does not update based on the remediation performed on the alerts. Instead, it continues to show the initial readings and severity status. It would be excellent if this meter could refresh automatically to reflect the remediation actions completed by the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use the tool to monitor the dark web, deep web, and social media. It is extremely helpful and provides us with updates on the latest threats or abusive content on the internet that may be related to my organization.

I find Cyble incredibly valuable for gathering first-hand data on potential threats. It aggregates more than 100 sources from a cybersecurity perspective, which helps us generate accurate intel. The data is accurate and refined to minimize noise. I appreciate that the metadata for each data entry enables proper tagging and sorting, letting us quickly reach important alerts and react faster. The unified data lake of various modules allows us to correlate information almost in real-time, informing affected parties in advance. The ability to white label through the Cyble Vision portal helps produce reports ready for C-Suite consumption and ensures we meet SLAs every time. The third-party reporting tool offers nearly 20 indicators that create a scorecard, which customers love to use to compare their cyber exposure with peers. Integration with other tools was also quite straightforward, taking less than two weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cyble has been growing fast. They need to invest more time in training, certifications, partnering with the right MSSPs to enhance customer experience. Better users are trained faster, they can answer queries of the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Cyble to aggregate data from over 100 cybersecurity sources, generating accurate intel and reducing data sourcing challenges. The accurate and refined data with metadata aids in quickly identifying important alerts and enhancing reaction time. The unified data lake enables near real-time information correlation.
