What do you dislike about the product?
Cyble is an excellent platform with minimal negatives to highlight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform offers a comprehensive view of threat intelligence with real time insights and detailed analytics. Its user friendly interface and customisable dashboards make it easy to monitor emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities effectively.
Wholistic Digital Risk Protection solution helping gain operational efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
One product with almost 14 capabilities. We were able to consolidate 5 different products into one leading to huge cost saving and at the same time gaining operational efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a very lean team in Australia, many of the support staff are overseas. Although they are appending the capabilities in the region but still not there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right from predicting what could go wrong, to help in ficxing the problem including the end to end take downs help us focus only on a single dashboard and get a complete protection.

What we like best about Cyble is its deep visibility into emerging cyber threats across the surface, deep, and dark web, combined with real-time, actionable intelligence. The platform’s comprehensive coverage, paired with its AI-driven analytics and threat contextualization, helps our team stay ahead of potential risks and respond faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Cyble offers strong threat intelligence capabilities, there is room for improvement in the user interface and dashboard customization, which can feel limiting for teams with specific workflow needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyble has been instrumental in helping us tackle several major cybersecurity challenges, especially in the areas of early threat detection, dark web monitoring, and improving our attack surface visibility. Prior to adopting Cyble Vision, our ability to detect threats outside our network perimeter was quite limited, particularly when it came to deep and dark web sources, third-party risks, and instances of brand impersonation.

What I like best about Cyble is its comprehensive threat intelligence and dark web monitoring. It gives real-time visibility into potential risks and helps detect breaches early. The platform is easy to use, and the insights are detailed and actionable, which really strengthens overall security awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform can generate too many alerts, which require tuning to focus on the most critical ones. The initial setup and customization can also take some time, but once configured, it works very smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyble helps solve the problem of staying ahead of cyber threats and data breaches by continuously monitoring the surface, deep, and dark web. This gives early warning of potential risks, exposed credentials, and brand impersonation. For us, this means faster response times, reduced risk of security incidents, and greater overall confidence in our cybersecurity posture.

Dark Web and Threat intelligence information coming from Cyble is very effective, which helps to analyse the risk posture.
Broad Coverage but Needs Refinement
What do you like best about the product?
Cyble provides broad coverage across multiple threat intelligence sources, which helps in gaining visibility into potential risks. The biggest positive is their support team; they are responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in assisting with issues, which makes a big difference in day-to-day use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform generates a high number of false positives, which can create alert fatigue. The interface is not very intuitive, e.g. when it comes to setting up and managing notifications. Even after setting them up, we experienced issues with notifications not being delivered reliably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyble helps us monitor for potential threats and exposures across the dark web, deep web, and other external sources. This broad coverage gives us early visibility into risks such as leaked credentials or brand impersonation attempts. While the accuracy and usability need improvement, the platform still provides useful intelligence that supports our overall threat monitoring strategy.
