What do you like best about the product?

I use Forescribe for software asset management, license tracking, and software governance, which improves visibility, compliance, and cost optimization. What I like most about Forescribe is its intuitive interface and the visibility it provides into software assets. It makes license management, compliance, and software optimization much easier. I also appreciate that it works alongside the tools we already use, fitting into our workflow and helping keep everything organized in one place. The setup was pretty straightforward, and even though it took a little time to configure, the process was well guided. Once it was up and running, it was easy to navigate and start using the main features. I'd definitely recommend Forescribe.

I haven't faced any major issues. The platform could be improved with more customization option.

It goes beyond license counts and gives real usage context — browser activity, employee-level insights, and app adoption patterns that traditional SAM tools usually miss.

I really like how discovery works across SaaS, browsers, and user activity. Features like AppScout and EmployeeIntel help us understand not just what we own, but who is using it and why. Renewal and usage insights make it much easier to justify renewals, reallocate licenses, or retire tools confidently.

I like Forescribe because it make documentation work super easy.and the template are super easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are not much to complain but yeah the customization options looks bit complicated for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Forescribe solving the time consuming documentation process, before i used to do manually prepare reports or do my work but it is helping me really well which I don't lot of attention and taking less time
