What do you like best about the product?

The AI Agent takes the leg work out of compliance

What do you dislike about the product?

Notifications - one of the noisiest systems I have ever used. Not configurable enough and has gained a reputation in the wider business for being uncontrollably and unnecessarily noisy. Difficult to gain support for it as a system when it behaves as such.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Audits are more controlled and collaborative, the knowledge base and trust centre - questionnaires are saving a great deal of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?

The identification of missing things in compliance and the pre written tests they defined to check what we already have and whats missing.

What do you dislike about the product?

The plugin they have, sometime start misbehaving, specially the device monitoring agent they have.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to get compliant, but we didn’t know where to start or what we already had versus what was missing. That’s where Vanta steps in.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the centralized sub center and the extensive, seamless integration ecosystem of Vanta, which is a standout feature for my team.

What do you dislike about the product?

Vanta's sheer breadth of capabilities can sometimes be overwhelming and negatively impact the user experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vanta minimizes fragmentation and administrative duties in managing multi-framework compliance.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Vanta's suite of automated tests, the intelligent policy templates, and the document verification tools. These features really stand out for us.

What do you dislike about the product?

While the platform's core automation is exceptional, there are a few minor UI rough edges and workflow friction points.

Vanta removes the overwhelming operational chaos of early-stage compliance for us.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the combination of automated SOC 2 tracking and phenomenal customer support in Vanta. Their proactive notifications really help ensure nothing falls through the cracks whenever our posture changes or tasks come up.

What do you dislike about the product?

While the automation is great, compliance as a whole remains a very complicated process. Vanta doesn't completely eliminate that learning curve, especially when dealing with intricate security tests.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Vanta to manage SOC 2 compliance, solve preparation complexity and benefit from automated tracking and proactive notifications.

I really appreciate that Vanta allows me to anchor our entire security compliance life cycle and handle employee access management efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?

While the platform excels at day-to-day monitoring and access workload, there are definitely areas we use in policy, particularly regarding control management.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I rely on Vanta to manage our security compliance life cycle, streamline employee access management, and handle requests through Slack, which is a lifesaver for our growing team.

What do you like best about the product?

Feature breadth, internal and external (trust center) UI, and support.

What do you dislike about the product?

SRP is rather expensive compared to competitors, but it is acknowledged to be a leader in its market segment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping us organized and focused for our compliance attestations, allowing us to prioritize work and gain visibility into gaps. Helps streamline our compliance framework program, speeds up annual audits, and reduces effort for audit prep via automated evidence collection of various data points.

Vanta is very simple and intuitive to understand

Vendor assessments don't make it easy to see which one is the old one and the new one

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

GRC tool that helps us to keep organized

It speeds up our third-party reviews for us and provides a central platform to track them.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the Vanta AI comes up with a blank response when we tell it to input "no evidence found" if it comes up with nothing. It's hard to tell if the AI even attempted to search.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its cutting down on review time by speeding up how we review the documentation.

What do you like best about the product?

Our development team is constantly testing out new API services and cloud plugins for various builds. Vanta automatically pulls the exact security posture of these third-party platforms in the background, meaning I don't have to pause development just to interrogate a vendor's support desk.

What do you dislike about the product?

The scanner gets a little too aggressive when flagging small, independent software testing tools that don't carry massive enterprise certifications. I usually have to jump in and manually approve these basic sandbox environments just to stop the dashboard from sending angry alerts to my lead engineer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pitching custom software builds to large corporate clients usually means surviving a brutal vendor security interrogation. Dropping a clean Vanta export on their procurement desk proves we don't blindly connect random apps to their databases, which gets the master service agreements signed way faster.
