What do you like best about the product?

I really like how versatile SOLINK is and its good interface that makes it easy to review cameras frame by frame. It is very practical and simple to work with. Additionally, it easily detects any movement on any camera, which is very useful because I need to be detecting people. The initial setup is practically ready, there's not much to do, which makes it very easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the fact that you have to go into each camera to identify the thing could be improved. If you have 25 or 30 cameras in one place, it's going to be a little complicated to check them one by one.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use SOLINK to review cameras and detect movements easily. It is versatile and has a good interface for viewing frame by frame, which makes the work practical and simple.

What do you like best about the product?

Solink has been an excellent cloud security camera system for our business. It gives us convenient remote access to live and recorded footage from anywhere, and the automatic cloud storage keeps our video secure. Since we joined, we haven’t experienced any downtime.

The setup process was straightforward, and their team provided strong support throughout implementation. They also helped us scale across several locations with ease. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for team members who aren’t technically proficient, and the smart alerts help us respond quickly to motion or unusual activity.

We conducted extensive market research before selecting Solink. Not only was it cost-advantageous, but the features were comparable to, or better than, those of other providers—both in current offerings and in future development plans. Overall, it has been a valuable investment for our business.

What do you dislike about the product?

One drawback of Solink is that many of its security features were initially built with indoor camera use in mind. Since our business operates primarily outdoors, certain functions haven’t felt as well optimized for our environment. That said, Solink has made meaningful strides in improving its outdoor capabilities, and we’ve continued to see steady progress on that area.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solink solved our challenge of decentralized monitoring across multiple locations spread over a large geographic area in Canada, especially since we were using different solutions at each site, by giving us centralized access to live and recorded footage from anywhere. Rather than relying on on-site visits or unnecessary flights to investigate issues and observe branch activities, we can now review remotely, respond to incidents faster, and make informed decisions without the added travel time and expense. Overall, it has improved operational efficiency, reduced costs, and given us better visibility and control across all of our locations.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the usability of SOLINK, being able to log in from anywhere, whether on my phone or desktop, is a big plus. It's easy to access and works quite well, loading efficiently. Being able to record video and store it online is another feature I appreciate, and it's important to me that it functions reliably. The initial setup on SOLINK's side was quite easy, and whenever I needed support and used the chat, it was quite efficient, which I'm happy about. It has worked very well for us overall, and I'm quite happy with it.

What do you dislike about the product?

We tried the AI modules. They didn't work very well. I think it's kind of a beta technology at the moment, and I don't think it's fully dialed in quite yet. So it was something that we paid for for a month or so, and then we canceled it because it just wasn't working. I enjoy the camera features, but I just don't think that the AI is quite at the place yet that it's suiting my needs.

I use SOLINK for monitoring with 72 cameras. It's user-friendly, accessible from my phone or desktop, performs reliably, and lets me record and store video online.

What do you like best about the product?

I use SOLINK at Hoke-E-Geez to help with theft. I find it very user-friendly, and the motion search feature is particularly valuable as it cuts down time significantly. Instead of watching hours of footage, I can now find what I need in about 5 minutes with the motion search. The setup was very easy too.

License plate software to capture their numbers.

I use SOLINK to easily find and prevent theft, making it user-friendly and time-saving with motion search that cuts monitoring time from hours to minutes.

Their systems are customizable, which helps us keep the areas that matter most to us safe. We also have peace of mind that we do not need to monitor the system, as a live person reviews any issues for us

No issues. Since I have to pick something I would say price, but nothing in life is free.

After a break-in, we were nervous when no one was one site to monitor. Now with their live 24-7 monitoring we have peace of mind.

I like being able to search for movement within a certain area and then see a clear, visible scale that’s easy to read and understand.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes, when I’m reviewing footage, the preview image blocks the current playback image.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps with loss prevention in a few different ways. First, by using motion search, I can more easily see when a product went missing. Second, I can set a no-go area on select cameras during our closed hours. If something looks suspicious or like a possible break-in, I’ll be notified by text email, and or phone call.
