It is easy to use, the assistance we get for everything we need, and it allows me to integrate all of the things i need un one place.

everithing about deel is good for me, so it does not apply.

Working to a foreign country I was always worried about how the payments would be handled but deel made that really clear and a simple way to receive payments and manage contracts

I wish it had a mobile app it would be more convenient

The filing of leave. The time off link must be visible somewhere. it is hidden in a dropdown that makes it hard to find sometimes.

Accessing documentation could be more intuitive. At times, it’s necessary to contact customer service just to be directed to the correct resources, which slows down the process.

Get contracted by companies located in a different country due to the simplicity in the invoice and reporting system.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and reliable payment. I live in southamerica and Deel is a help for remote workers. Easy to use and I didn't have any problem sice I'm started use it.

You can't have a Deel card being in Bolivia

I don't know about any problems being solved. I hope cards can get into my country.

Basically being able to work as a digital native but with some structure. Your employer offers you your contract through the platform, so that adds a "formal" aspect to your job.
