What do you like best about the product?
I love Radware API Security Service for its excellent API discovery and visibility capabilities. It's really easy to understand the security insights, which are crucial in helping protect our APIs. I also find it simple to discover endpoints and keep them updated whenever necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main areas of improvement for Radware API Security Service are the documentation and the inability to download the security catalog from the console. Adding the feature to download the security catalog would reduce operational overhead and improve the overall user experience. Additionally, the documentation could be enhanced with more detailed configuration examples and a suggested troubleshooting guide integrated with AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Radware API Security Service to address API visibility and security challenges by automatically discovering APIs, identifying vulnerabilities, and detecting malicious traffic.
