Effortless data extract/sync from Salesforce/Veeva CRM to local SQL Server Instance

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and use. Great customer support. Simple UI but with great many freatures. Its one of those tools where I confidently say...setup once and forget it exists. It just does the job it supposed to do and does it great consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited on premise database options. We use MS SQL Server precisely for this reason. They do support Redshift but it did not work the way it supposed to compared to SQL Server and has limitations when it comes to managing data changes from Salesforce CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use CopyStorm primarily to extract data from our CRM (Veeva built on Salesforce) for analyltics (with Tableau) and MDM. Other ad-hoc analysis in and around Veeva CRM data by our Data Stewards and Analytics teams.
