What do you like best about the product?

The ability to drill down dashboards to what I want to see.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is very hard to navigate TM, and set things up on your own. Our rep, Gabriel, has been extremely helpful. He is always willing to jump on a call to walk me through building something out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've had some issues with unclassified sites lately. This information and how to fix it has been beneifical.

What do you like best about the product?

It provides strong context around user activity, making it easier to audit that activity properly.

What do you dislike about the product?

Using it at the enterprise level requires a large number of administrators.

I use Teramind for insider threat monitoring, and I appreciate its flexibility and ease of understanding, which make it very easy to use. Additionally, the team support is something I like a lot as it helps ensure everything works smoothly.

I think the DLP feature could be better.

I use Teramind for insider threat monitoring, letting me monitor user behavior and collect evidence.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Teramind simplifies the life of our customers, specifically in the market where they are in need, and it is the exact solution that fits their requirement. It works really well in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security issues, helping organizations secure their data, which I think is the most important thing. Teramind assesses the risk involved within their system effectively. I also appreciate that it syncs really well with Fortra's data classification and DLP. The initial setup was smooth for our team after the demo and POC.

I use Teramind for insider threat management. It simplifies life for our customers by being the exact solution they need. It effectively identifies, assesses, and mitigates security risks, securing organizational data.

What do you like best about the product?

Teramind is extremely powerful while still being easy to use. The support team is great and has been very helpful.

I don’t have any dislikes. It just takes a significant amount of time to set up properly, but once that’s done, it works very well and is easy to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve used it extensively to identify both our high- and low-performing staff, and to help detect and prevent insider threats and data exfiltration.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Teramind for its comprehensive coverage of video monitoring, stats, and historical logs. It's very customizable, which I find quite useful. Additionally, our CSM is fantastic and has helped us better utilize the system by setting up dashboards and reports effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like the agent for Mac devices to be able to capture video.

I use Teramind for security and productivity. It blocks websites, apps, and USB drives, ensures compliance for audits, and spots underperforming employees or tech policy abusers.

The platform is user-friendly and can be adapted to my company’s needs. It also includes tools to evaluate performance, analyze productivity, and monitor security.

So far, I don’t have any dislikes about Teramind—everything is working great.

We've also had an excellent experience with the support and service provided by our Success Manager, Eloi Panaligan. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us get the most value from the platform. Whether addressing questions, providing guidance, or helping us navigate new features, her support has consistently been proactive and professional, even when we've asked the same question multiple times. Her partnership has been a key part of our positive experience with Teramind and has contributed greatly to our success with the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

If I had to identify one area for improvement, it would be that some of the more advanced features have a learning curve. However, the excellent support from our Success Manager has made the onboarding process much easier and helped us maximize the platform's value.

Teramind helps us gain better visibility into our employee activity, workflows, and overall productivity. It has made it easier to identify process inefficiencies, understand how work is being completed, and ensure resources are being used effectively. The platform's reporting and monitoring capabilities provide valuable data that supports informed decision-making and helps us address potential issues before they become larger problems.
As a result, we've seen improvements in accountability, operational efficiency, and our ability to support employees more effectively. Teramind has also given us greater confidence in managing a remote and hybrid workforce by providing insights that help us optimize processes and improve overall team performance.

What do you like best about the product?

Its ability to prevent data leaks and detect unusual behavior in real time is key. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that our company's sensitive information is well protected thanks to its customizable rules and alerts.

What do you dislike about the product?

Occasionally, the background agent can consume a fair amount of system resources on older or lower-spec computers, which can slightly slow down the end user's device during heavy processes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the challenge of protecting confidential company data from potential user oversight or poor practices. The biggest benefit is that it automates our security policy compliance and allows us to react in real time to any risky actions.
