What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy to setup and get started. No annoying salespeople like the big BI companies.
2. Won't break the bank. Very attractive pricing.
3. Ability to embed and share reports/dashboards with or without login. + permissions to remove/show/hide data from being view or exported.
What do you dislike about the product?
Default report colors not polished enough and requires editing. Other BI platforms has nicer graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started analyzing everything we do using ZOHO reports. Data is automatically imported from over 20+ data sources and analyzed in one central location. Reports are shared across the organization.

We have changed our business practices after using ZOHO reports.
