What is our primary use case?
My main use case for SiARA Shield is bot mitigation to stop bots and fake accounts on our website. As a recruitment agency, we have numerous fake accounts registered on our website, and it took considerable time from our team to recognize which accounts are for real people and which ones are fakes.
After using SiARA Shield, everything was perfectly fine, and our fake registration reduced by 90%. SiARA Shield made that possible with their TSM technology, which is a very special technology that detects bots from humans, ensuring that only humans can register and they can detect the human. I do not know the real science behind it, but as we used it, it was very useful for our website.
What is most valuable?
The best features SiARA Shield offers are stopping bots and stopping fake registrations. The implementation is very easy due to good documentation and a really quick setup.
SiARA Shield has positively impacted our organization by saving us a lot of money on our cloud because it stops fake registrations. It has also saved time for our team so we are not wasting our time to find out if the registration is really human or fake. Our fake registration reduced by 90%, and it was really helpful. Their customer service is great. Whenever we have a problem, they solve it in a few days, and they are always very responsive to our calls. Their customer support is very good, and they try to solve any problem within 20 to 24 hours. I would rate the customer support a 10 out of 10.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We previously used reCAPTCHA, and our fake registrations did not reduce much. However, after using SiARA Shield, our fake registrations reduced by 90%.

The experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing was very easy. Their sales team is very friendly, and whatever we asked, they confidently responded while their technical team was very high in performance.

The pricing compared with others is good, and I think it is value for money as we save more price on our cloud and on our time than we paid for SiARA Shield.

Before choosing SiARA Shield, we actually spoke to hCaptcha, Arkose Labs, and reCAPTCHA again, but for the price and the advanced technology that SiARA Shield employs, we chose to work with SiARA Shield.

My advice for others looking into using SiARA Shield is that if they are looking for advanced technology and a company that really cares about them, they can use SiARA Shield. SiARA Shield is based on R&D, and in the last four years that I have used their service, they have been very responsive and responsible for what they provide. Their TSM technology is very advanced technology that I have never seen used by any other cybersecurity companies. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.
