Solution improves CI with easy implementation and splendid customer support

What is our primary use case?
I use the solution to improve my CI.
How has it helped my organization?
It was that simple to implement, and the customer support was splendid.
What is most valuable?
It is easy to install and really straightforward.
What needs improvement?
So far, there is nothing important to note, but maybe a runner for private repositories outside of an organization could be added.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for 1 year.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I just went with the flow, and most of the cost is related to optimization in the CI/CD pipeline.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I tested a few solutions, but none were as easy to use.
What other advice do I have?
