What do you like best about the product?
Both ProxySG and ASG have their strengths and are suitable for different use cases. The choice between them depends on an organization’s specific security requirements, budget, and existing infrastructure. What do you like best about the product?
The proxy enable all the block website. Also it helps to download the files. Even this proxy are secured not like other proxy. I always recommend my friend tobuse this proxy

There is nothing to dislike in this product. I love to use this also i recommended this to may of my fellow colleagues. Even they started using this nowadays. Nothing to be disliked.

No problem I faced till now. Very very user friendly and also if any issues occurthen i google it and solve it. Very simple method mentioned to resolve the issues aswell
its reliable but not that easy to navigate and learn

Both applications are very useful and robust. Easy to deploy with simple device management. High scalability within the organization and can be used with existing appliances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have AV scanning and very limited audit logs when extracted which is needed for SOC audits and such. This makes it more difficult to identify policy changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The applications can help on authenticating users and filter web traffic which is very helpful in big organizations that support multiple clients. It also provides DLP in the event of issues or downtimes

overall product experience form design,deployment and installation is great however we continuously face issues in support even for minor issues and RMA services are terrible
