    What do you like best about the product?
    The cut down of the manual reporting task, one-stop-shop for all the tools.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The integration are a little complex at times.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Haven't used it personally but the Reputation Studio increased our efficiency and reduces the resources needed to manage online reviews
