Accurate, Fast Research—Though Site Searches Use Credits

    Reviewed on Oct 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Firecrawl through ChatGPT to scrape information for my needs. It gives me more accurate information than ChatGPT used to fetch, and I appreciate the accuracy without compromising on speed. Setup was easy because it was available as a ChatGPT plugin and connected to my Google account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that each site search seems to use a lot of credits—around 5 credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Firecrawl with ChatGPT to fetch information more accurately; ChatGPT used to fetch incorrect data before.

Firecrawl Is Effortless to Use on Both CLI and Web App

    Reviewed on Oct 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a really easy tool to use, whether through the CLI or the web app.
What do you dislike about the product?
    There’s nothing I don’t like about Firecrawl.

Came for the web scraping. Stayed because customer support knew how refunds work.

    Reviewed on Oct 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I used almost 1,000 credits in one day researching cars. At some point, “I’m just looking at a few vehicles” became a data acquisition project. Firecrawl enabled this behavior instead of staging an intervention.

I also had a genuinely good support experience. A billing-plan change put me on an extra 5,000-credit buy-up I didn’t want. I contacted support, and they put me back on Hobby 5K and refunded the difference the same day.

Apparently, you can just fix a customer’s problem. Other subscription companies may want to write that down.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing transition could have been clearer. I wanted my regular plan, not the extended director’s cut with bonus credits and additional financial consequences. Extra purchases should be something I deliberately choose.

Support fixed it promptly, which I appreciate, but I’d rather not need a support ticket to get back to what I intended to pay for.

Also, keep an eye on your credit usage. “One more page” is how I ended up doing automotive research with the resource consumption of a small intelligence agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for web research, most recently car research. It helps me collect information across pages rather than opening everything manually and slowly becoming a browser tab myself.

The benefit is getting more research done. Whether I needed to do that much research is a separate question, and I’d appreciate everyone respecting my privacy during this difficult time.

Lightning-Fast, Low-Latency Responses That Matter for LLM Work

    Reviewed on Oct 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of the responses is a big plus. When working with LLMs, every second of execution matters, so low latency is really important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the billing model could be improved in some way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the era of AI agents, it’s really important to be able to navigate the web seamlessly, and Firecrawl solves that problem quite well.

Real-time web research for agents, with adjustments in complex cases

    Reviewed on Oct 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Firecrawl for our agents to research the web in real-time and bring useful information about competitors, trends, products, and regulations. It helps me save time and effort in searching, sorting, and keeping external information updated, and in detecting competitor changes, researching best practices, and accessing relevant documentation or regulations. I like the ease of turning scattered information on the web into useful context for our agents. I value Search, Scrape, and Crawl, and we really like Agent because it allows us to investigate more open topics and return the information already structured for our agents. The initial setup was very simple, although I watched a YouTube video just in case to make sure everything was fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when the content is very fragmented, changes a lot, or requires navigating complex flows, I have to adjust the extraction quite a bit. The initial setup was very simple, but I still had to watch a YouTube video to make sure everything was fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firecrawl saves us the time and effort of searching, sorting, and keeping external information updated. It allows us to detect changes in competitors, research best practices, and access relevant documentation or regulations.
