What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility HubSpot offers.
HubSpot forms allow us to easily collect and manage new and existing contracts. The API allows us to create and update contacts that do not initiate first connection through a form.
Our focus is on automating data entry as much as possible so that our sales team can focus on their customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
We use HubSpot marketing tools to send polished emails and alerts to our entire staff, which is over 800 people.
I wish we had a section of the marketing hub that allows for internal communications, with connections to our Active Directory information so that maintaining that type of contact is automated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily using hubspot marketing to send quarterly newsletters to contacts that have opted into them.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly robust platform that enables us to personalize our conversations and campaigns for our customers and I like that it makes it easy to analyze how marketing campaigns are performing across channels such as email, social media and paid ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t experienced any problems I’m really impressed by it’s performance and the always available customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works great for managing email campaigns and significantly improves lead nurturing and sales efficiency which has boosted our customer retention rate.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I no longer need to be an expert to use HubSpot Marketing Hub. The AI assistant is remarkable; it can handle every scenario and respond to requests with detailed explanations. Sometimes, it even builds flows or assets for me. This feature empowers even the most inexperienced people on our team to set up and deploy marketing assets effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please add a feature where contacts who don't open an initial email can be re-emailed without a complicated set up. We are a B2C company, and the core of HubSpot Marketing Hub is really for B2B companies with a sales-team-led pipeline. Some things don't translate, or there are features we don't know how to apply to B2C. We find it hard to apply journey building, attribution reporting, buying signals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub provides simple scaffolding to quickly produce digital assets and tie them to reporting. The AI assistant helps even inexperienced team members set up and deploy marketing assets.

So helpful keeping track of leads. I like the note feature. I like the to do feature. It just helps keep me on track. It helps me to follow up with my leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to use workflows to streamline processes that would otherwise take my team weeks to complete manually, along with analytics and reporting that provide real-time updates to support business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find challenging at times is getting a new workflow going on my own, but I can typically chat with Support to overcome any obstacles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation helps us respond to leads more quickly, which in turn supports our efforts to grow the business—something we’re actively working toward.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't really have a lot of knowledge. Our company integrated Hubspot, but we've had little training on how to use it or what it is designed for in terms of improving or enhancing performance. I have logged into the tool but have not found it to be particularly user intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user intuitive or easy to navigate without additional training.

I have no idea at this stage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout of HubSpot Marketing Hub, where deals and tasks are separated. It's also great that you can link companies as a parent or child, which makes life easier. The initial setup was stress-free and pretty seamless. I find it super helpful that it's linked up to my Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be a bit better at picking up on notes and dates in notes so it comes through as a higher priority. I liked the layout before where you could see notes on the right and details for the site on the left.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me access previous conversation notes and provides warmer leads, making calls more effective. I like how deals and tasks are organized separately, and I can link companies, simplifying my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use and a good system for collaborating with Sales. It's simple to track data from lead generation to deal generation and what activity a prospect or customer has taken in their journey with us. The initial setup was simple enough, and onboarding was quick for our super users.

Setting up reports in a dashboard is not as intuitive as it should be
