The pricing strategy doesn’t take our country’s purchasing power into account.

HubSpot Marketing Hub Keeps Deals and Client Info Organized in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a very helpful tool that allows me to keep everything in one place. I use it daily to manage all my deal opportunities and store client contact information. It helps me stay updated on my clients and track the progress of each deal easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it is a paid platform, and users cannot access most features without a subscription. The cost increases with each tier, which may not be affordable for everyone, especially small businesses or individual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing solves the problem of organizing all the content, deals, emails, and contacts in one place. It helps me stay updated on deal progress and easily track communication with clients. With manual stage setting and task management features, I can update my tasks and receive email notifications.
Effortless CRM for Managing Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub primarily as my sales CRM to track my deals, activities, and reports. It's very easy to use, and the initial setup was super easy. I got logged in, and everything was there, which was fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Its great!

Streamlined Marketing, Excellent Reporting Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub handles reporting within emails and on our social ads, which is really helpful. It also supports organic social uploads and scheduling, which is beneficial for us. Using the messaging center for texting is particularly useful as it lets us see who's opening our texts and allows us to respond through the platform. Having everything in one place, like email, texting, social ads, and the ability to create workflows, really helps us manage our time, and time is money. The onboarding was pretty easy and they got us set up well with email and texting, which were our biggest concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I there's a few things that we've had struggles with. Really, importing contacts is sometimes a struggle. Sometimes finding the rework before it's or putting the reports together could be hard. Your support is good, but if you're working on one thing and you have to talk to different support people each time, it's kinda hard to stay on top. Maybe having one person would be better, but overall, good experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email and text automation, centralizing reports, and managing contacts, which saves time. It also helps with social media scheduling and tracking, enhancing team efficiency.
Deep Marketing Hub–Smart CRM Integration with Powerful Attribution & Automation
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the deep integration between the Marketing Hub and the Smart CRM, which eliminates data silos. As a power user, I rely heavily on multi-touch revenue attribution to bridge the gap between top-of-funnel activity and actual ROI. Additionally, the programmable automation (custom code actions and webhooks) allows me to build sophisticated, non-linear journeys that scale without adding manual overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, the steep pricing jumps between tiers—specifically the 'Marketing Contact' model—can make it difficult to scale cost-effectively. From a technical standpoint, the lack of a Sandbox environment at the Professional tier is a major pain point for governance. Additionally, while the Custom Report Builder is robust for standard KPIs, it still lacks the deep multi-object join capabilities required for truly complex data science projects, often forcing us to move data into an external BI tool for advanced analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of fragmented data silos by unifying our entire tech stack onto a single CRM-powered platform. The primary benefit is the elimination of 'data lag' between marketing and sales, allowing for real-time lead orchestration.
Feature-Rich and Flexible for Getting More Done
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many functions it has. It has room to do many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the ui changes frequently. Sometimes I have to go look for thinks because they have moved or have a new name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use it for sending emails and it’s so easy to send mass emails while still personalizing them.
Intuitive and Robust, Perfect for Rapid Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I think HubSpot Marketing Hub is really easy to use. It has a user-friendly dashboard that's organized in a way that makes sense, making it powerful yet intuitive and easy for people to learn. It's also really easy to get new people started, and they can learn very quickly. You can change permissions as people grow in their roles, giving them more capabilities within the platform. Plus, it’s robust, offering as much customization as you'd want, but still very easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have the HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce integration, and when we merge accounts in Salesforce, it doesn't lead to them being merged in HubSpot. With that, we can't merge accounts anymore in HubSpot because the merge is turned off because of the integration. That's one of the big challenges; it's not totally reflective for our Salesforce instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub lets us create landing pages quickly, bypassing our engineering team. It enables fast changes due to our custom website. It simplifies sending emails and segmenting audiences, facilitating team collaboration.
Effective Customer Engagement, Needs Workflow Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to email specific people about specific things and be very intentional with who I'm emailing and what I'm emailing them about. Whether that be expansion or advocacy items.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, I guess the segment creation is a little bit clunky. Even though we are integrating with our CRM, it is a little bit clunky and tough to create segments. And also the workflows section doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. There's too many ways to create branches. And while that's nice for customization, something more easy would be appreciated and especially, like, using maybe AI to create segments would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves my issue of emailing customers efficiently. I can create segments from our CRM, trigger emails based on thresholds, and communicate about upsell and expansion effortlessly.
Feature-Rich but Complicated and Costly
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for inbound forms, marketing workflows, lead routing, product update emails, newsletters, and more. I like that it allows me to use CRM data to easily build hyper-targeted lists for emails and other kinds of outreach. It also pulls in data from multiple sources like paid ads and organic social.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's incredibly feature-rich, making it unnecessarily complicated at times. It's missing some nice-to-have features. It's hard to design emails well because they haven't focused enough on their email editor. Their CMS is bad, and we had to move to WordPress. Keeping HubSpot updated becomes quite the task. As you scale, they get much more costly over time, making you feel stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to build hyper-targeted lists using CRM data and consolidate data from multiple sources like paid ads and social media.
