Straightforward API Integration and Flexible Schema-Based Document Workflows
Reviewed on Jul 09, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The API has been straightforward to integrate, and the schema-based workflow works well for documents with inconsistent layouts and handwritten fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is that API usage can continue into overage by default, and the hard-cap setting is easy to miss. For automated workflows, more prominent spend controls and real-time anomaly alerts would help catch runaway jobs before they generate a large bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use DocuPipe to turn scanned quality-control forms into structured data for our internal operations software. Before DocuPipe, these records had to be reviewed and entered manually. Now we can process inconsistent layouts and handwritten fields, then make the results searchable in a dashboard. This reduces manual data entry, speeds up access to production records, and makes historical QC data much easier to review.

Powerful AI Extraction with an Easy-to-Edit Schema and Responsive Support
Reviewed on Jul 09, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The AI engine is extremely powerful. As soon as a document is uploaded, it immediately detects the fields of interest and allows them to be easily extracted.
The schema is clearly partitioned between attributes and instructions in NLP, and it is extremely easy to modify the schema as needed.
From all the schema changes I made, I never needed to go back to them; it immediately understood what the problem was that I had exposed to it.
The support is very responsive and the answers given are very detailed.

Some areas for improvement:
- The ability to categorize uploaded documents in directories. There are certainly datasets, but directories would be a plus. The layout by table of standardisations and documents is not easy to manage when there are many lines.
- The ability to recover a schema or other deleted object.
- A history of the actions performed
- Be able to classify the standardisations carried out by date
- Maybe it was a lack of knowledge on my part, but I didn’t find the first instructions in NLP that allowed me to build the "Hevrat Hashmal Curtailment Report" scheme.

We use the document management software M-Files and eventually want to use DocuPipe to analyze, in advance, any document that we wish to enter into M-Files.
The idea would be to at least detect the documentary class before insertion and offer users suggestions regarding the metadata to enter.
We have not yet used the REST APIs, but the proposed APIs look powerful and well documented.
Another activity is the analysis of received invoices containing a lot of data, which DocuPipe does perfectly.

Very intuitive and pricing in really clear and upfront.
What do you dislike about the product?
After uploading and standardize my files the order of the now standardize files were not in the order of the file names used in the upload. This meant I had to be careful with the import to my spreadsheet. Was able to see the original file name once opened which was helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docupipe did a great job of producing accurate spreadsheets with out a failure on 60 plus spreadsheets.

I really appreciate how DocuPipe replaced manual CV screening. It automatically scores candidates against our job requirements, so our HR team only reviews the ones that actually match. The API is well structured, and the schema system is flexible enough to handle complex Hebrew extractions. Intuitive and Agile, But Needs a Better Environment for Developers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and simplicity of the DocuPipe API. It is agile and very intuitive, which is valuable to me because it saves time. The documentation is clear and it seems that the integration will quickly produce viable results. Additionally, its API and the attached documentation resolve many of my doubts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps they should provide a developer environment specifically designed for developers, with a testing API, pre-created schemas, etc.... because in the end, their potential clients are mostly third-party applications, not the end customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DocuPipe for its ease of use, it simplifies tasks like document entry and its API resolves doubts, saving time.
