DocuPipe: Fast, Easy Schema Extraction with Prompt Founder Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use the same purchase order given to me from a Customer using Quickbooks Enterprise. I uploaded it into docupipe, lido, and docparser and docupipe was the easiest and fastest one to give me a workable schema for parsing.
A small issue with null values fixed quickly by founder Nitai . I appreciated the prompt attention.
A small issue with null values fixed quickly by founder Nitai . I appreciated the prompt attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far , so good. The only problem I had was resolved within two days by the founder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Parsing purchase orders exported as PDF from Quickbooks Enterprise. Getting the customer to switch would have been a heavy lift, So maintaining usage of PDF but now parsed into data works better for them and for my system.
Fantastic Support, Easy Setup, Minor Schema Cost Issue
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the support from DocuPipe has been fantastic and very responsive. The software does better, and the updating of schemas is fantastic. It also learns from mistakes. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs every time the schema is incorrect, whether or not it's the fault of the software or the user. It would also be nice to have a bit more of an introduction to the concepts of how it works, like when you first log in, some flyovers on what each feature is and what it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DocuPipe to convert manufacturing drawings to JSON, and it learns from mistakes, updating schemas is fantastic for my needs.
Efficient Document Processing with Clear API Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that DocuPipe has a very clear and comprehensive API for interacting with their product. It's an API-first product, and I sincerely appreciate that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if DocuPipe had an MCP server, but they already have a guide for LLM agents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DocuPipe for document extraction. It spares me from building an intelligent processing engine myself.
Highly recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
Its UI is excellent, it has a remarkably high accuracy rate, and its very well designed so its both easy to use and generally straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it is a great product and I have no complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuPipe is solving the problem of document extraction. I've tried a great many document processing services and overall none has the same combination of quality software, high accuracy, a great ui, and a really strong support team for when I have questions
Saved me Days of Work!!!!! Actually days! So grateful right now.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy DocuPipe was to set up and train the schema on exactly what I needed. The customer service is amazing, and it was great that the AI could understand exactly what I wanted, even with complex images that contained multiple numbers. I was able to set up the schema to only pull exactly what I wanted. It's truly amazing, and I am very grateful for it. Customer service helped me fine-tune the setup, making it very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuPipe saves us days of manual work by converting photos of our drone fleet into text, which matches with spreadsheets. It's easy to set up and train, pulling exactly the data I need. The customer service is amazing.
Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
The schema builder is honestly best in class. It’s fast, intuitive, and removes a lot of the friction that usually comes with building and maintaining complex templates. I was impressed by how quickly it adapts to changes and how little manual cleanup is required, which saves a significant amount of time and reduces errors. It’s clearly been designed with real workflows in mind and stands out compared to other tools I’ve used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Credits and pricing are on the expensive side. While the functionality is strong, the cost can feel high relative to usage, especially for teams operating at scale
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tax form extraction.
Perfect Data Extraction, No Hidden Costs
What do you like best about the product?
I love how DocuPipe extracted data perfectly, even when there was misalignment in the columns. It's really impressive that it worked this well without payment, especially since other free options like ChatGPT and Gemini failed. The limited trial credits were a pleasant surprise because I managed to complete my task without needing additional payment. The setup was easy, and overall, it did the job I needed perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface was a little odd using terms I'm not familiar with, but that may be more technical jargon that others would appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuPipe extracted data perfectly even with misaligned columns, unlike other free options. It completed my tasks without needing payment, which saved time and avoided unnecessary expenses.
Excellent receipt processing system.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to understand, easy to integrate, and the conceptual model is very robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked a better starting point for receipts which seem like a very common use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a mentor for a small FRC robotics team. We have created a web site for managing the team, including managing mentor reimbursement requests. We use docupipe to scan receipts and create a set of line items for mentor reimbursement requests. I went from reading about their capabilities and their APIs to having a working system in less than an hour. As the system went online and I saw a wider variety of receipts, it was really straight to hone the capability to get my desired results.
Schema Mastery for Reliable Document Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like DocuPipe's schema definition and standardization layer, which really enhances schema building with great improvement tools. The tool is very user-friendly, and it goes beyond just pulling data by enforcing structure across inconsistent real-world documents. This approach keeps outputs predictable and stable over time, which dramatically reduces downstream issues like model drift and manual cleanup. The upstream normalization feature turns LLMs from probabilistic experiments into reliable production systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any major complaints with DocuPipe. There aren't any significant deficiencies we've experienced. If anything, it would be nice to have deeper visibility into how schemes evolve over time and additional tooling for large scale schema management as our deployments grow. But these are more like nice-to-haves for future expansion rather than issues with the current product. The core product does what it claims exceptionally well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuPipe solves our inconsistency issues in document-derived data by enforcing schema-level consistency before documents reach AI models. It eliminates brittle parsing logic, reduces manual cleanup, and improves reliability. The schema definition feature keeps outputs stable, turning LLMs into reliable production systems.
Effortless Setup and Consistent Results
What do you like best about the product?
Setup simplicity, repeatable and predictable results
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much really. It might take a bit to understand how to access certain functionalities in UI, but nothing drastic...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It processes invoices in minutes, for which it used to take a couple of hours. It extracts all the relevant data for analysis and reporting purposes
