Transformed How We Manage Workstations and Mobile Devices
What do you like best about the product?
It has changed most areas of how we manage both workstations and mobile devices. We wonder at times how we managed without this system before we implemented it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be overwhelming at first as there are a lot of sections of this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote assistance, patch management, workstation imaging, and mobile device management are all taken care of with this single application.
Easy Patch Management and Centralized Visibility for Vulnerabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes patch management and I can see system misconfigurations and vulnerabilities in one place. It also makes it easier to get remote access to computers in other locations and do maintenance in the background as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints. I've had some false positive vulnerabilities before, but rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep our computers up to date and reduce vulnerabilities and makes it easier to remotely maintain or troubleshoot computers.
Effortless Centralized Software Deployment and Automatic Quarantine
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is the software deployment option because it allows us to easily push software to all endpoints from a centralized console. Even if users install some unwanted software, we can quarantine it through the prohibited software list. If we add any software to the prohibited software list, it automatically quarantines that software, which is very helpful for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with pushing patches in ManageEngine Endpoint Central. When I push patches, they get deployed only on some systems, while on other systems it keeps showing as “Pending to Update.” It becomes difficult to identify whether the patch was properly pushed or not, and sometimes it takes more than 7 days to confirm the patch deployment status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our requirement was to manage all our assets from a single place. Before this, we were using multiple tools separately, such as UltraViewer for remote access, another application for file sharing, and a separate tool for disk encryption. But now, through ManageEngine Endpoint Central, we are able to manage everything easily from a single console. This has improved both our time efficiency and security level.
Impressive Features and Fast, Clear Support Resolutions
What do you like best about the product?
Most of the features available in ManageEngine are truly impressive because of their uniqueness and performance. Especially when we raise a support case, the team provides a clear resolution and explains the root cause of the issue within a day, which is very helpful. Features like remote control, BitLocker management, and inventory management are extremely useful and have significantly reduced and saved a lot of my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to connect remotely through ManageEngine Endpoint Central, sometimes the remote session does not connect and it keeps showing “Sending request to agent.” However, if I cancel the session and try again immediately, it connects successfully. I face this issue around 2 to 3 times a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been very helpful for me in managing all assets from a single console. It allows me to easily deploy software, push patches, perform Windows updates, remotely connect to end-user systems to resolve issues, and encrypt disks. Managing all these activities from one centralized console has made administration much easier and more efficient.
Robust, Easy IT Hardware and Software Inventory Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Robust solution that makes it easy to keep track of our IT Hardware as well as inventory of our deployed software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more visibility on issues with deployments packages & why/how to resolve Endpoint Agents once they've lost communication with Endpoint Central.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to remotely assist users which saves alot of time and cost.
Being able to stay up to date on our software and patches.
Being able to stay up to date on our software and patches.
All-in-One Solution for Endpoint Control and Security
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized device management, smooth patch automation, and reliable remote control features make this a strong tool for IT teams. Deployment is straightforward, and the real-time monitoring combined with multi-platform support significantly streamlines endpoint administration and day-to-day management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can feel cluttered and overwhelming for new users. Initial configuration is time-consuming, and the reporting module lacks flexibility, Customer support response times could also be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses the challenge of managing dispersed endpoints across our organization. The automated patch management helps reduce vulnerabilities, and the remote troubleshooting capabilities save our IT team a significant amount of time. Overall, it has strengthened security compliance and noticeably reduced the manual workload.
Intuitive Platform with Powerful Features and Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very intuitive platform with a wide range of functionalities. The support team is highly responsive and quick to answer. It can also be integrated with different infrastructures, which makes it easy to fit into various environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't have any concern, maybe the only thing is that a lot of useful functionalities are add-ons but it's part of the business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central solves several key challenges around endpoint management and security. It gives us a single platform to handle patch management, software deployment, asset inventory, and remote troubleshooting across all devices. It also improves operational efficiency: software can be deployed in bulk, endpoints can be monitored in real time, and remote support is much faster. This reduces downtime and saves a lot of manual effort for the IT team.
Manage Engine Endpoint Central: Feature-Rich Endpoint Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Manage Engine Endpoint Central is one of the best tools for managing end-user systems. It includes multiple features that help me manage the entire asset base in my organization. For example, if any user is facing an issue, I can access their system remotely and resolve it. It also supports disk encryption using BitLocker, patch updates, and software deployment. That's why i like the end point Central.
What do you dislike about the product?
Patch pushing isn’t working properly. Sometimes it takes a huge amount of time to apply. The remote option also doesn’t work at times: it shows "request send to agent," but nothing happens. If I click cancel and then try again, it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, each asset is located in different places, so it was difficult to manually connect to each system and troubleshoot issues, which involved a lot of manual work. That’s why we chose Endpoint Central. Now, most of our tasks are handled through Endpoint Central, such as software deployment, disk encryption, and patch management.
Efficient Endpoint Control and Security Management
What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central is used to manage systems, mobile devices, and servers across our organization. It helps us configure and deploy security policies, including blocking USB devices when needed. We also use BitLocker to encrypt organizational systems and protect sensitive company data from unauthorized access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some operations—such as patch deployment, software installation, and other remote actions—can be slow or inconsistent, particularly in larger environments or during periods of peak usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central addresses the challenges of manual IT management by automating patch updates, software deployment, and endpoint monitoring, which saves time and reduces human effort. It also strengthens security and supports compliance by enforcing centralized policies such as USB device blocking and system controls, helping protect organizational data while reducing overall security risk.
Endpoint Central Makes Software Deployment Fast and Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The main feature I liked in Endpoint Central is software deployment, because it makes it very easy to push an application and install it across systems in the organization, which saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I push patches, it can take around 5 to 7 days for the patch to actually deploy to the end-user systems. There’s no error message indicating that the patch push failed; it just continues to show that it’s trying to push.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has many assets like desktops and laptops, and they frequently receive windows updates. While updating, many systems faced issues, so we planned to first test the patch on one system and, if everything finished worked properly, push it to the remaining systems. Endpoint Central has fulfilled this requirement effectively
