Mature, Flexible IT Support Platform with Seamless integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The solution has matured over the years and now offers a rich set of options to tailor the user experience to your needs. It’s purpose-built for IT support, and it integrates with many solutions such as Jira service management, without causing any performance issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
They like to trial new, cool features on the platform, and when they see that many clients are using them, they convert them into a paid version. The product has many smaller paid standalone modules that I think should have been consolidated under a single fee, instead of breaking everything down into separate add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with onboarding new assets and inventory management. It also provides seamless user support. It lacks AI / Intelligence capabilities at this point, but it would be a great addition
Friendly Interface with Flexible Policy, Patching, and Remote Control
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central has a friendly interface, and it lets you apply policies and configurations even if a company doesn’t have a unified Domain Controller. You can also use it to install patches and remotely control registered devices through the installed agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to control the configured refresh cycle is a bit confusing. I also strongly suggest that the online forums and guides related to Endpoint Central be kept continuously updated and clearly explained, and, if possible, include more screenshots so the instructions are easier to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central has helped our company apply many policies that weren’t possible to configure through a Domain Controller. It also resolved the patch management issues we were facing, because it gives us full control and clear visibility into missing, installed, and failed patches across all devices registered in Endpoint Central. On top of that, the dashboards are very rich and genuinely useful for analysis.
All-in-One Endpoint Management That Boosts Efficiency and Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is its ability to manage multiple endpoint functions from a single, centralized console. Features such as patch management, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, and automation work seamlessly together and significantly reduce manual effort. It improves endpoint visibility, enhances security compliance, and helps the IT team operate more efficiently while providing strong value for the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup can be complex, the UI could be more intuitive, and reporting and error messaging could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central solves key challenges related to managing and securing endpoints at scale. It addresses problems such as inconsistent patching, lack of visibility into endpoint health, time‑consuming manual software deployments, and difficulty providing remote support to users.
By centralizing endpoint management, it allows us to automate OS and third‑party patch updates, deploy applications efficiently, monitor device compliance, and troubleshoot issues remotely. This has significantly reduced manual effort, improved patch compliance and security posture, minimized endpoint‑related incidents, and improved overall IT productivity. As a result, end‑user downtime is reduced and the IT team can focus more on strategic tasks rather than routine maintenance.

Effortless Patching, Some Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Automate Patch Deployment feature of ManageEngine Endpoint Central because it really takes a lot of pressure off me. Instead of constantly chasing users for updates and worrying about missed patches, everything can be scheduled and handled automatically in the background. It simplifies a normally tedious task, saving time, reducing mistakes, and giving me peace of mind that devices are always up to date and protected. The feature is very useful and friendly, especially with its schedule options and different deployment options.

Simple to Use with Powerful Endpoint Management Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Manage Engine Endpoint Central is quite simple to use. Additionally, they provide a ton of capabilities for endpoint management, software deployment, patch management, remote desktop, and inventory
What do you dislike about the product?
Manage Engine Endpoint Central does not offer an identity solution by default. So, if you don’t have an on-premises Active Directory, you’ll need to manage user endpoints using local accounts. That said, it does offer integration with third-party identity providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint management for Windows and Mac users, including patching, remote desktop access, and inventory tracking. It also supports mobile device management through Endpoint Central’s MDM features.

What do you like best about the product?
Endpoints are much easier to manage, especially when it comes to patch management and the endpoint inventory reporting is pretty good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t run into any issues with EC since we implemented it for our IT needs.

Endpoint Patch Management. We're able to ensure our endpoints are patched up to date. Remote management is made easier.
Phenomenal Automated Patch Management That Keeps Endpoints Secure
What do you like best about the product?
"The automated patch management feature is phenomenal. It takes the heavy lifting out of keeping Windows, Mac, Linux, and third-party applications up to date. The automation policies ensure our endpoints are secure without requiring constant manual intervention from our IT staff."
What do you dislike about the product?
"Because the platform is so incredibly feature-rich, the user interface can often feel cluttered and overwhelming. The learning curve is quite steep for new administrators, and it takes a significant amount of training to figure out where some of the more advanced settings and configurations are buried."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"The biggest problem Endpoint Central solves for us is managing a distributed, hybrid workforce. Previously, we struggled with keeping remote devices compliant and updated. Now, we can deploy patches, manage software, and troubleshoot hardware issues without requiring users to connect to the corporate VPN. This benefits us by significantly reducing our IT support overhead and eliminating the need to juggle multiple disparate endpoint management tools."
