Helps demonstrate real-time data visibility across complex environments
What do you like best about the product?
In my role, I’ve used K2View primarily when working with clients who need better visibility into data spread across multiple systems. What stands out is how effectively it can present a unified, real-time view of that data without requiring everything to be consolidated upfront. During client discussions and solution walkthroughs, this has made it much easier to explain how organizations can access and work with their data more efficiently. Being able to show how data from different environments can be accessed in a consistent way helps simplify conversations that are usually quite complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my perspective, one of the challenges is that the value of the platform can take a bit of time to fully communicate, especially to non-technical stakeholders. Since it’s built around a data fabric approach, it sometimes requires additional explanation or collaboration with technical teams to clearly position it.
More business-focused examples or use case materials would help make those conversations smoother and more straightforward.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A common issue I encounter is clients struggling with fragmented data across different systems, which makes it harder for them to get a clear and timely view of their operations. using K2View in discussions and solution design, I’ve been able to demonstrate a more streamlined approach to accessing that data in real time. This helps clients better understand how they can reduce complexity and improve visibility, which ultimately supports faster and more confident decision-making on their side.
Effective way to work with distributed data without heavy consolidation
What do you like best about the product?
What I’ve found most valuable about K2View is its ability to work with data across multiple systems without forcing everything into a single centralized layer first. In our case, we’ve been using it to support projects where data needs to be accessed from different services and environments in real time. From both an innovation and delivery perspective, this has made it easier for our teams to design solutions that rely on up-to-date data without adding unnecessary complexity to the architecture. It reduces the need for multiple intermediate integrations and helps streamline how data is exposed to applications and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely an initial investment in understanding how to best structure the data fabric for your specific use case. Aligning it with existing systems and workflows requires some planning and involvement from technical teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the challenges we often face is working with distributed data across different client environments, where accessing consistent and real-time information can be complex.
By using K2View, we’ve been able to simplify how that data is accessed and utilized without needing to replicate it across multiple layers. This has helped improve efficiency in delivery, reduce integration overhead, and make it easier for our teams to build solutions that depend on reliable, real-time data.

K2View Powers a Unified Customer View and Agentic AI Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
We utilize K2View for two primary strategic purposes within our organization:
Customer Data Product Hub: K2View acts as our central data fabric, consolidating and exposing complex information from multiple legacy systems into modern Data Products. These products are integrated directly into Salesforce, giving our representatives a unified, high-performance “single pane of glass” view of the customer while abstracting the complexity of our legacy back end.
Agentic AI Orchestration: We have implemented a full agentic AI workflow within the K2View platform to power our “Smart Representative Assistant.” By leveraging the existing Data Products, we built a personalized orchestration mechanism that allows representatives to query customer data using natural language. The system manages the full lifecycle—from intent analysis and LLM-driven query generation to data retrieval and final response synthesis—so interactions remain highly personalized and context-aware.

What do you dislike about the product?
As we are currently serving as a beta site for K2View’s new Agentic AI solution, our main challenge is the environment’s current stability. Being at the forefront of this technology involves frequent system upgrades and ongoing adjustments, which can occasionally affect the consistency of our development and testing cycles.
That said, we see this as a natural part of the innovation process for such a pioneering solution. It’s important to note that, despite these early-stage stability issues, we remain highly satisfied with the platform’s core capabilities and the meaningful business value it delivers. We’re confident that as the solution continues to mature, these operational frictions will be addressed.

K2View helps us tackle two major architectural challenges in our environment.
Data fragmentation and legacy complexity: Our customer data used to be scattered across multiple legacy silos. K2View addresses this by providing a unified Data Product layer, which lets us expose a consistent 360-degree view of the customer directly in Salesforce. As a result, we can avoid high-risk point-to-point integrations and reduce our reliance on direct access to legacy systems.
Real-time AI contextualization: In a telecom enterprise, implementing GenAI is often slowed down by how hard it is to securely access real-time, personalized data at scale. K2View’s orchestration and micro-DB approach closes this “Context Gap” by enabling us to deliver precise, personalized data products to our LLM models in real time. This capability is the foundational engine behind our Smart Representative Assistant.

Transformative Data Masking with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like K2View for its advanced capabilities in data masking and its AI capabilities to get model data for any enterprise with a simple prompt. It makes my life easier by setting up the environment so I don't have to worry about the databases or the type of data I need to process. I find it very helpful because it works with different types of databases, accommodating both structural and non-structural DBs. What makes it valuable for me is its ability to easily work with non-structural databases and its inbuilt functions for data masking. Additionally, the automated environmental setup is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
K2View as a product can be a bit overwhelming for anyone in general. It can be further simplified with some good video tutorials in my view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
K2View simplifies my environment setup, handling different databases effortlessly. It streamlines data processing and masking, especially for non-structural databases, with in-built functions. Its automated setup saves time and effort compared to manual methods.
Coder-Friendly 360 Customer View That’s Easy to Work With
What do you like best about the product?
I like the 360 customer view, and I find it very coder-friendly and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
As its a new technology, new joiners might take some time to become productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The 360 customer view brings all the data in LUs which increases the efficiency. It makes it easier to develop and test issues.
Efficient, Reusable Components with a Great UX
What do you like best about the product?
I think the UX is one of its greatest advantages. Being able to integrate many elements into my workflow makes it really efficient to create components with very little code and high reusability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many elements to use, and it isn’t clear what each one is for, which makes the learning curve very steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It could benefit me when I’m working and accessing multiple systems, without risking performance.
Guided, Hands-On Learning with Inclusive Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the learning on their platform was guided, and that at every step I was able to put into practice the things I learned.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike. They’re very inclusive and supportive, and they encourage you as you grow as an employee. You’re also presented with opportunities for promotion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to K2view, I’ve discovered a new way to manipulate and store data that I hadn’t seen before, and it’s helping me reduce my costs.
Powerful with Great Masking, Needs Process Streamlining
What do you like best about the product?
I like the K2View Catalog because it helps in classification of elements using a vast variety of regex, which really aids in data masking by applying default rules or editing them according to business logic. I also appreciate the Build Artifacts feature when running profiling on the data model since it's helpful for further management tasks like data generation and deletion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The end-to-end process for doing even small things is cumbersome. It requires a lot of effort to solve small issues. For example, data masking involves several steps like defining source, target, their model cataloging, and then applying rules, which is quite a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use K2View for data masking and profiling. It supports dynamic databases and PII data classification, aiding in element classification via regex and building artifacts for data management.
