What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the biggest difference for us was how much easier it became to navigate information coming from different internal systems.
Before using K2View, a lot of operational reporting involved bouncing between tools, validating spreadsheets, or waiting on updates from separate teams. We started using it to simplify how data was accessed across workflows, especially where multiple reporting and operational systems were involved.
What helped most was having a more consistent way to view information without relying on so many manual steps in between. It reduced a lot of unnecessary friction in day-to-day coordination.

One of the recurring issues we had was teams working from slightly different versions of information depending on which system they pulled from.
Since implementing K2View, accessing data has become more streamlined and reliable. It’s helped reduce delays caused by manual reconciliation and made operational workflows smoother overall.
From an operations standpoint, having more confidence in the consistency of the data has probably been the biggest benefit.

What I like most about K2View is that it makes working with data from different systems a lot less complicated. In my role, I often need to look at information coming from different tools—especially when working on campaigns or internal reporting—and before, that usually meant switching between platforms or asking for data from other teams.

Now, it’s more structured. We’re not jumping between as many tools, and it’s easier to get a consistent view of what’s going on. This helps clients better understand how they can reduce complexity and improve visibility, which ultimately supports faster and more confident decision-making on their side.

The UI is easy to use, and the learning platform helps users adapt to the platform quickly. The AI capabilities for synthetic test data was very useful.
