What do you like best about the product?

I like Maisa’s ability to automate complex, multi-step workflows and repetitive tasks with less manual intervention. It helps simplify routine work, coordinate steps in a process, and make complex workflows more manageable. I appreciate the focus on traceability and consistent execution, and being able to track workflow execution and anticipate potential issues makes troubleshooting easier. It saves time, reduces manual errors, and helps me focus on higher-priority work that needs problem-solving and decision-making. I also like that it makes AI-driven automation more practical for everyday business. The initial setup was relatively straightforward, the onboarding was manageable, and the documentation helped guide me through the steps.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’d like Maisa’s complex workflows to be more reliable, especially when they involve multiple steps or unexpected inputs. Sometimes I need to review the results manually to make sure they’re accurate. Clearer error messages, easier debugging, more flexibility when customizing workflows, better integrations with my existing tools, and more transparent execution logs would help. Configuring workflows took extra effort, and understanding the automation features and setting up integrations required some exploration. Clearer documentation, guided steps, and ready-made workflow templates would make onboarding easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Maisa to automate time-consuming repetitive manual work and multi-step workflows. It reduces switching between tools and human error, keeps routine processes consistent, and helps me handle complex tasks, save time, work more efficiently, and focus on higher-priority work.

What do you like best about the product?

Maisa has allowed me and my shipping team to digitize and automate our routine shipping tasks like shipment verifications, delivery confirmations, shipping paperwork processing and much more using AI digital workers. We use Maisa's AI work automations to streamline our shipping process by automating the tedious tasks that usually take a lot of time to complete manually and this makes it possible for us to ensure we get to complete shipping products to our clients much more quickly without causing any delays. With Maisa, we have also improved our efficiency in processing shipping documents by automating the whole paperwork to eliminate any human errors.

What do you dislike about the product?

Maisa has been great and working with it has been smooth for us. Our experience with it has not had any downsides and we are glad that there has been nothing to complain about.

We started using Maisa to help us streamline our shipping process and it has allowed us to digitize our shipping operations letting us use AI digital workers to automate the routine tasks like shipping paperwork processing, delivery confirmations, shipment verifications among others. Maisa has helped us to improve shipping paperwork efficiency and reduce shipping errors by helping us automate tasks to avoid any human mistakes. Also, the AI work automations are allowing us to get our tasks completed much more quickly than before.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Maisa removes friction from data entry, lack of visibility, and fragmented workflows. I especially value the multistep workflows, digital workers, and workflow automations that handle multistep processes rather than just simple tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?

Using Maisa at the beginning can be a bit complex, especially integrations with different systems, and the initial setup could be better. It does end up working out.

We use Maisa for repetitive workflows in construction operations, onboarding, and document processing. It removes the friction of data entry, lack of visibility, and fragmented workflows.

What I like most about Maisa is its approach to using AI agents to handle more complex tasks. The concept feels genuinely interesting, especially when it comes to automating workflows that would normally take several manual steps to complete.

Some parts of the configuration process could be more intuitive. I’d really appreciate clearer documentation and more practical, step-by-step examples, especially when I’m setting up more complex AI workflows.

Maisa helps me explore ways to automate complex tasks that would otherwise require a lot of manual work. It makes it easier to organize multi-step workflows, cut down on repetitive actions, and spot opportunities to save time by using AI agents.

Maisa has allowed us to setup very efficient AI enhanced automation pilots that help us to automate the routine delivery tasks like planning and progress tracking. It has really helped us to reduce our manual workload and speed up the delivery process of products to our customers after they have purchased them. With Maisa, we have been able to add a team of reliable AI task automation agents who allows us to get our routine tasks completed quickly and efficiently even without any human intervention. It has made it possible for us to spend more time on the creative aspect of planning for deliveries while it handles the execution of the plans automatically for us, allowing us to streamline our delivery services and get products delivered smoothly to our customers.

Maisa has worked really efficiently for us and the AI task automations has been very reliable. We have genuinely not gotten anything yet to dislike about Maisa or any if its features.

We use Maisa to create task automation workflows which allow us to streamline the delivery process of products to our customers after they purchase them. With Maisa, we have come up with very reliable AI powered task automations which help us to speed up the execution of tasks during delivery planning. Maisa's AI task automations has allowed us to reduce manual workload by allowing some of the routine delivery tasks to be completed automatically without the need to have any human intervention.

I like Maisa’s reasoning engine and execution speed. It breaks down complex tasks into logical steps, and I appreciate its API integration capabilities. The initial setup was very simple.

Maisa solves the complexity of building custom AI architectures from scratch for me.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Maisa for all kinds of things in my daily life. I use it to get Excel syntax and help with technical problems, calculations, and formulas I don’t want to work out myself, and it helps a lot. I like the user-friendly interface, especially the chat area, which is very well designed. The initial setup is very easy, even for someone who isn’t very techy.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the answers aren’t perfect, so I think the LLM should be trained more in the future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Maisa to get Excel syntax and help with technical problems, calculations, and formulas I don’t want to do myself. It helps a lot with these daily life tasks.

What do you like best about the product?

It covers the most regulated industries complying by compliances.

What do you dislike about the product?

There were a couple of instances where the model wasn’t routing accurately, and I had to set everything up again to identify the root cause. It seemed to be happening while wiring the logic components, but it was resolved by the technical team at Maisa. Going forward, multiple use-case testing needs to be done to avoid similar issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have clients from different industries that requires heavy compliance such as healthcare, Fintech, legal, etc. We suggested and implemented maisa to our client's system as their use case was something that could be easily covered by Maisa without investing too much in custom system development. This saved us and our clients hours of developing the new system and their trust and reliability on us has increased.

What do you like best about the product?

The chain of work by step by step processing rather than guess work on compliance. Good to train the digital agents for autonomous task and avoid manual intervention on each and every step.

Managing the supply chain risk is also great without needing to have a human interaction in client onboarding

What do you dislike about the product?

Some geographical certifications are limited.

It is providing full traceability on the client process keeping the end point clean and manageable.
