The Woosmap team has always provided excellent support. Whenever we have questions or need assistance, we receive comprehensive and helpful guidance, along with very quick responses. Their support is reliable, proactive, and makes working with the platform very smooth.

Woosmap helps us provide our customers with clear and useful location information. It allows us to show the selected location and its address, provide directions and route planning, and display other nearby locations.

This makes it much easier for our customers to find and reach the location they are looking for and improves the overall navigation experience.

What do you like best about the product?

The interface is simple to use, and the API documentation is clear and easy to read. It just works! This is a well priced service, with clear price bandings

What do you dislike about the product?

When there’s a spike in API usage, there’s no alerting to let me know that credits are being consumed at abnormal levels.

A store locator with directions on our website and in our app.

Woosmap has been less expensive than Google, and very easy to work with. The backend DEV team and product management have been coordinating smoothly with it, and overall the experience has been positive.

nothing particularly. so far its been a smooth journey

Easy to add custom UX over the woosmap which is important since we use an adobe CMS and we work with global markets.

It's provide cutted form of map's for your location with navigation features

UX can be improved , if navigation UX can be made little bit more like Google Maps, this SDK will definitely stay of all

Using it for Large malls and travelling between multiple stores and it provides exact location of stores

I was creating a dummy bot for one of my projects and I needed a store locator API. I came across this platform and it had so many options and easy-to-find data.

Integrations with different software can be enabled. It will make it easier to share data between different platforms. Some Validators for access tokens can be included.

It is helping me with getting APIs for my bots. I was creating a travel bot once. and, I needed a distance calculator API. Woosemap was extremely helpful for me here.

Using Woosmap does help us with our geo-target based campaigns to boost our conversion rates and conversions (KPIs) in general. It is really easy to use I would say.

Compared to other geo-location based SDKs or APIs, it doesn't have a variety of options that our company can explore and optimize based on several situations we want to work towards.

Using APIs and SDKs to make server transactions much simpler and easier and it is easy to utilize those functions and customer services usually responds faster.

Woosmap is one of the easiest and cheap methods to enable Google maps on any website. The best combination of Woosmap APIs and Google Maps platform APIs meets the need to navigate to any location and easily visible the opening & closing hours. This enhances the user journeys and interactions.

The platform is great for enabling geolocating. However, I found it hard to add and delete listings from Woosmap.

Whoosmap is best for enabling geolocation on any website or app with minimal effort and without paying a hefty price.

Woosemap location search APIs and solutions help bring location identity to the business. It is a great help in optimisation of digital maps for websites and mobile applications.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the necessity is for the explainer videos which will help the first time users to understand the solution better. The implementation of the solution need to be made more user-friendly.
