What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, NewgenOne stands out as one of the best BPM tools available. What I appreciate most is its low-code, no-code platform, which means you don't need extensive technical expertise to get started. Additionally, it offers comprehensive end-to-end automation and effective user management, both of which I find very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software has many bugs that need to be addressed, and the setup process is quite complicated, even when trying to set up a simple lab environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using NewgenOne to automate the workflows, designing end to end processes with user and rights management.

What is our primary use case?
I use NewgenONE to automate processes such as onboarding, trade finance, and complete lending. It allows us to automate these processes efficiently.
How has it helped my organization?
NewgenONE has helped to automate repetitive manual tasks and data inputs, reducing the need for user intervention. It is good because it automates processes and helps increase efficiency.
What is most valuable?
NewgenONE's document management and workflow approach tools are very useful. Additionally, its low-code platform allows semi-technical users to drag and drop to automate processes with fewer technical skills required. This makes it very accessible.
What needs improvement?
Setting up NewgenONE is still a technical task. Simplifying the setup process would make it easier for users. Even when using other systems like MQ, you need some technical skills for integration.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using NewgenONE for three or four years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
There are issues with stability; sometimes, we have to restart it, which is not helpful. Stability needs improvement.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I rate the scalability of NewgenONE at about seven or eight out of ten. It is scalable and can handle a large number of users.
How are customer service and support?
The technical support from NewgenONE is rated as six or seven. While they provide assistance, there is room for improvement.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We did evaluate other vendors before choosing NewgenONE, but we preferred its advantages.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup process can be challenging without IT personnel. It requires technical skills to set up correctly.
What about the implementation team?
We have a team of four to five people who handle the deployment and maintenance of the solution.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We evaluated other vendors before settling on NewgenONE.
What other advice do I have?
NewgenONE works well for business process automation (BPA) and suits specific work for the BFS side. However, it requires considerable improvement in certain areas.

What do you like best about the product?
NewgenONE Digital Transformation Platform meets has been functioning flawlessly for quite some time now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of routing supporting documents for approval is time consuming. We find ourselves in need of creating templates for scanning in the DMS application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The advanced automation capabilities have optimized our business. The integration, with our existing systems has simplified our processes resulting in increased reduced costs.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using it without any problems, for quite some time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform lacks a user drag-and-drop feature, which makes it difficult to create solutions. Creating scanning templates in the DMS application is also cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform securely stores and organizes our documents. It has improved productivity. This allows us to provide better services to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, train end users very quickly, no need for software expertise to create process flows. Any kind of process can be automated using this platform suite
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile apps to be perfected, web portal is good and desktop version meets all requirements of end clients. More integration connectors can be given along as off the shelf modules
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create digital work flow processes, digitise all kinds of documents, remove paper based processing and create environment friendly platform. As a consultant able to advise banks and financial institutions to optimise and improve their processes, eliminate redundant steps, ensure full end customer satisfaction by providing online responses and realtime status of every process, work item, case.

What do you like best about the product?
Our overall needs are met by the product. They have assisted us in improving our backend operational procedures, decreasing TAT, increasing productivity, and expanding our customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of coordination between NewGen and Infrrd in support The implementation partners NewGen and HCL did not offer any "best-practices" advice. The schedule of the project has been significantly impacted by this. Standard accounting and content organisation inside the tool have inconsistent logic. Formatting and accounting values appear to be poorly or completely illogically organised within the programme.
