What do you like best about the product?

The tool received a major update on our side. Where the integration on World-Check along with card transaction monitoring and customer beneficiary bank detail screening, is working as intended. The rules are easy to set up, modify and to test.

What do you dislike about the product?

The limitation remains the same: when selecting more than 20 alerts, the system will not allow you to bulk clear/close it in one go. It can only bulk-close 20 or fewer alerts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Case management on TM, sanction screen, AML related task

What do you like best about the product?

The configurability stands out the most. Our teams spread across jurisdictions have built rules and workflows that match exactly how our compliance team thinks about risk, rather than adapting our processes to fit the tool. The fact that different teams across our entities can run their own setups on the same platform is something we haven't found easily elsewhere. Support is present almost 24/7 given their global presence. Fast response times and they actually understand the product.

What do you dislike about the product?

For reporting you sometimes have to export data and slice it externally to get the custom reports you need. Not a dealbreaker but something that would be nice to have.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flagright is core transaction infrastructure for us. Every transaction going through our platform touches Flagright in the authorization flow. Before we had this kind of setup, there was a lot of manual intervention and reactive work. Now the team is spending time on genuine investigations rather than chasing noise. The operational efficiency gain is real, and it gives us a lot more confidence when regulators ask questions about our monitoring capabilities.

Highly customizable, Support speed and frequent function extension update.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s not easy for a beginner to fully understand all the variable definitions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall, a very good transaction monitoring tool and able to cover more than just simple rule set up and screening. Can be widely applied to different products and types of transactions.
It is highly customizable and the vendor support is responsive and supportive on any related issues.

Nothing major so far - some advanced analytics and reporting features could be improved but it's minor stuff.

What do you dislike about the product?

For me, I would say the function of the simulation of the risk score where it takes time and sample taking is too low. The simulation is important to see the impact on the overall data if we were to change some of the scores or add in new indicators. If this can be achieved, it will be flawless to us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vendor was very responsive. All queries or issues get their attention and they will try to solve it.

I really appreciate the extremely modular API of Flagright, which is built to handle a large variety of use cases and can manage lots of complexity. The strong and responsive team at Flagright, with strong technical aptitude, is another great aspect. They're very open to feedback, always looking to improve, and it's clear they act on the feedback they receive. The setup process was very seamless, a huge benefit being the ability to get up and running with their naturally intuitive API and strong customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'm looking forward to them building more crypto native features iin the future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Flagright for transaction monitoring. It provides a modular API that meets our needs for our Fintech, and their team is responsive to feedback, enhancing our workflow efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

The system gives us clear visibility into the factors that are deciding the customer's risk level (High, Medium or Low) which allows us to do a thorough assessment and investigation. In comparison to our previous AML system that operated on a one-day delay (D-1) to assess and tag risk levels, Flagright benefits us with a real-time calculation of risk scoring, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Additionally, the total risk score advised by Flagright is well-structured and logically derived. One of the most useful features is the ability to extract the required targeted customers for us to do the in-depth due diligence and monitoring analysis.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Flagright has been highly effective, especially with such a large customer base, one of the few areas that could be improved is the velocity of running the simulation on sampling customers. While the system is powerful, the duration of waiting for the results sometimes slows down our testing and decision-making processes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Flagright system's risk computation in determining risk level has been significantly valuable to us as our organisation's Compliance in monitoring over 14 million customers. Flagright provides us with customization allowing us to define factors that contribute to a customer's risk score while also offering the flexibility to incorporate additional risk factors as needed. The biggest improvement from our previous AML system is the ability to score transactions and apply custom rules for monitoring. This has not only made our processes more efficient but has also helped us stay ahead of compliance requirements with greater confidence. Most impressively, Flagright managed to complete the entire AML system transition in under a year.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Flagright intuitive and user-friendly, offering a simple and clear platform that consolidates several features effectively to create an outstanding transaction monitoring (TM) system. One of the standout features for me is the ability to simulate rules, which allows us to evaluate and comprehend the impact of these rules before they go live. This feature not only enhances our resource planning efficiency but also supports well-informed decision-making. Additionally, the support from Povilas and the Flagright team is exceptional. Any small issues we encounter with rule functions or the user interface are promptly addressed, with Povilas demonstrating excellent responsiveness and knowledge. He is always willing to help, and if he's unsure of something, he quickly engages the internal teams for support. The setup process was documented and explained clearly, making the transition smooth, and any challenges were quickly met with support from the Flagright team. Overall, this high level of support ensures a reliable and effective collaboration, bolstering the platform's value.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn't a standout thing here, we are happy with the system and if there are tweaks we require or request these are taken in by Povilas and the team and either an alternative solution provided or the tweak made.

I use Flagright for transaction monitoring using behavioral factors, which simplifies planning and resource efficiency with rule simulation.

What do you like best about the product?

Flagright’s platform is intuitive and easy to use. It’s simple to tweak and implement monitoring rules that fit our risk policies. The case management makes it effortless to review alerts and monitor our merchants. Their support team is also very accommodating — we have regular check-ins to ensure all issues are properly addressed.

1. Flagright has significantly improved our compliance operations especially by reducing our false positives.
2. The ability to quickly deploy or adjust rules especially for our fast-moving business.
3, Flagright enables us to track and respond to fraudulent transactions proactively.

What do you like best about the product?

The API based integration and real time data seeding made the integration process smooth and efficient. Their API documentation is comprehensive enough to integrate APIs independently, without needing their technical support. Although, they were also available for support during the integration process.

What do you dislike about the product?

There hasn't been anything particularly noteworthy from a technical standpoint.

This enables our compliance team to quickly identify suspicious activity and reduce false positives, simplifying compliance procedures and improving operational efficiency.
