Configuration can turn into a rabbit hole

Change management chaos (emails, spreadsheets, missed approvals)

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Autodesk Fusion Manage clearly states the workflow, showing who's up next, who was before, and who's responsible for providing feedback and approval. It helps keep everybody informed and ensures everyone is okay with moving forward on the project.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like to be able to add more links to other documentation or information that's required as part of the workflow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Autodesk Fusion Manage to approve releases to production. It helps us go through a workflow that keeps everybody informed and ensures everyone is on board with moving forward.

It is very good Software, where you can save time by creating products in less time

There is not much dislikes in the Software

AutoDesk fusion 360 helps me to reduce the time to develop more products in less time and able to access and Manage my Data

Fusion Manage is easy to use, easy to implement and provides most of the functionality that I require.

It is still missing some of the functionality that I get from a PLM or PDM system.

We are testing it to see how it can help or possibly replace PLM.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Autodesk Fusion Manage is how incredibly easy it is to use compared to other engineering and PLM tools, including software like Solid Edge. Because everything is cloud based and the interface is clean and intuitive, it is much simpler to learn and work with. Even complex tasks like managing BOMs, revisions, change orders and workflows feel straightforward.

At the same time, Fusion Manage offers a huge amount of features such as lifecycle tracking, process automation, supplier collaboration, quality management, dashboards, configurable workflows and full data centralization. It gives you a complete PLM ecosystem without feeling overwhelming.

What do you dislike about the product?

What I dislike about Autodesk Fusion Manage is that even though it is powerful, some of its configuration options can feel overwhelming at first, especially when setting up custom workflows or integrating it with other systems. Because it has so many features, it sometimes takes time to tailor everything exactly to your process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Autodesk Fusion Manage solves the problem of scattered product data, disconnected teams, and manual workflows that cause delays and mistakes in engineering projects. By centralizing BOMs, revisions, documents, change orders, and approvals in one place, it eliminates version confusion and reduces the risk of errors caused by outdated files.

What do you like best about the product?

The advantage it offers is being able to work interconnected with other users and devices within reach, meaning that when it is necessary to view the designs on site, it is functional not only from a laptop but also from a mobile device.

that it must always be connected to a good internet network to be able to access the cloud and explore the designs

I like that Autodesk Fusion Manage is easy to use, fully cloud-based, and highly customizable. It helps teams automate workflows, collaborate in real time, and integrate seamlessly with Autodesk tools and other systems — all while providing clear visibility through dashboards and reports.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Autodesk Fusion Manage is a powerful PLM solution, I find its Ease of Use and Ease of Implementation could be improved — initial setup and workflow customization can feel complex. The Customer Support is generally responsive but sometimes slow for advanced configuration queries. I use the platform with moderate Frequency of Use, though certain tasks require multiple steps that could be simplified. Lastly, while it offers a broad Number of Features, not all are intuitive or relevant for every use case, making the learning curve steeper than expected.

Autodesk Fusion Manage helps us centralize product data, automate workflows, and streamline change management across teams. It eliminates version confusion, improves collaboration, and connects design to production through seamless integration with Autodesk tools. This has significantly improved efficiency, traceability, and project visibility in our product lifecycle.

Cloud-based setup of projects and Fusion360 integration

Enterprise features were very helpful for collaborating with other researchers

To manage the designs for 3D prototypes across team members

User Friendly and easy to learn the basics of Fundamentals

Not enough Features and doesnt have some advanced Designing Feature

utodesk Fusion Manage solves the problem of fragmented product lifecycle management (PLM) processes by offering a centralized, cloud-based platform for managing product data and workflows. This benefits users by streamlining product development, improving collaboration, and increasing efficiency across teams and departments

What do you like best about the product?

Mobile access, Product portfolio management, Multi-CAD data management, Change management, Dashboards and KPIs, Centralised data and processes, Open API are good features compared to its competitors

What do you dislike about the product?

Change management, Bill of materials these 2 featured can be improved further.
Since Fusion 360 is still evolving from upchain point of view, user requirements will take time for incorporation,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most amusing feature of Fusion 360 manage with upchain is Multi CAD data management and helping a lot for my problems. New product information feature need to be improved further.
