Great Technology, easy to use, not widely adopted
What do you like best about the product?
SecureAuth is a great MFA tool that is easy to install and use. It provides good adaptive features and seems to be based on solid technology. The tool feels light and not clunky. Mobile app is easy to install for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as widely adopted as Okta, and as a result, it sometimes feels like it doesn't have new innovation behind it. While once a forefront leader in the category, others have caught up and in some cases surpassed on features. That said, it is solid and doesn't have many flaws. I'd just like to see more new innovation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User access management, MFA and access control for our users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it offers a great user experience with its good interface very comfortable and flexible, in addition to being excellent to reinforce safety at work, and best of all, it is very easy to implement, to be honest, I like simplicity and its first configuration does not take long to start, it greatly improves security, it is very effective, easy and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like everything, but there are some details that bother me a bit, especially when I prepare a report, I always have problems, small errors, nothing serious, but I think I should improve that part, in addition to the support team that I feel I can offer more .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a totally incredible experience, it is a good mode of secure authentication, its interface is very stable and simplifies the creation and it is very convenient, it is the best to increase productivity, it totally strengthens security.

It is an efficient solution, I recommend it especially because it moves very fast and its interface is very nice, I hope you use it like me and solve the problems, especially because its authentication is secure and convenient.

I like SecureAuth Identity Platform since it is a very trustworthy software that provides high security through multi-factor authentication and single sign in purposes. Data security is the best. It adaptability is super. Ease of connecting to serve is amazing.

Honestly, I have nothing I dislike about this software. The only thing can be challenge to some users is that it requires skills to be able to use it. But this one does not lower it use.

The only trouble is on the bugs ,i had hell of a time before i learnt how to manage this but later everything went on well and its now Easy to manage them .
