What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Convox is how it simplifies deployment and call management. It’s easy to use, and the interface is quite straightforward, so even new users can get comfortable quickly. It helps in efficiently handling large volumes of calls and keeps proper records, which makes tracking and follow-ups much easier. Overall, it saves time and improves productivity in day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the system feels a bit slow, and there are occasional call drops or connectivity issues that can disrupt my workflow. The reporting section could also be more detailed and quicker to use, since it sometimes takes a while to load and doesn’t always provide all the insights I need. Overall, improving stability and strengthening the reporting features would make the experience much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convox helps me manage and track a high volume of calls in one place, which solves the issue of manual tracking and scattered information. It records call details, makes follow-ups easier, and helps ensure nothing gets missed. As a result, it improves efficiency, saves time, and supports better monitoring of team performance and customer interactions. Overall, it adds more structure and transparency to day-to-day operations.

What do you like best about the product?
"Convox is good for monitoring and language bifurcation. The voice quality for both customer and agent is very clear, and the cost is very low
What do you dislike about the product?
Report is not Good They should on it they have Hold time Calculation in the AHT they Show only ATT
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is beneficial for language bifurcation since it is a Pan-India call center. Call monitoring is also effective in improving the quality of responses.

Intermediate issue cause too high so need fixing it parmanent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting daily basis problem, like call connectivity lead not working etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Its really fast to get a webserver out.

Super easy to move a rack between deployments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cli for window is clunky.

Interaction with VPC is very manual.

Can take awhile to get answer on the forums
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically sets your entire VPC, kubernets cluster and application development for you. It really speeds doing this without having devops knowledge.
