What do you like best about the product?

IntraOne is incredibly easy to integrate with, and their API is extremely well documented and reliable.

I also enjoy working with both their sales and implementation teams to build solutions for customers. The collaboration is smooth, and it makes the overall process straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

I really do not have a downside to working with IntraOne.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an implementation and integration partner, IntraOne WMS has been instrumental in helping us deliver modern warehouse management capabilities to our mutual customers. The platform solves common warehouse challenges such as inventory visibility, order accuracy, picking efficiency, shipping execution, and operational scalability. What sets IntraOne apart is not only the strength of the product but also the quality of the partnership. Their team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and collaborative, which helps us reduce implementation timelines, improve customer outcomes, and accelerate time-to-value. What do you like best about the product?

Easy organization of real time warehouse data and functions in one place (receiving, putaway, manufacturing, picking). Flexible picking options for various types of orders. Directed replenishment and putaway. Seamless EDI integration.

What do you dislike about the product?

Support/Dev has gotten better over the years, but still has some work to do.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Picking/cartonization--we are picking all sales orders into their shipping boxes---carton content labels and shipping labels printed up front before picking begins---picking/shipping departments have increased through put by 75%---ability to segregate inventory by vendor to prevent product mix--cycle count procedures reducing shrinkage by close to 25%

What do you like best about the product?

Bang for the buck. Tier I WMS that for the feature / function. The IntraOne implementation team have industry experience that is a huge value while designing and understanding how process can align with software. Additionally, with their deployment of their Customer Success program, support has been very proactice and responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?

Their market / community to collaborate. While they are 'new' to the market from several acquistions, would be great to see a user conference.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

From recieving, to putaway, to picking, we've been able to cut down labor by 40% and overall customer experience is more positive. The cartonization is amazing and took the manual piece out of our hands.

One of the areas where Hy-Tek is particularly well-positioned for continued growth is leveraging its expanding industry experience to develop additional best practices, templates, and implementation accelerators for specific supply chain verticals. As the company continues to grow its presence in beverage and bottling distribution, automotive, and other specialized manufacturing and distribution environments, it is building a valuable library of industry knowledge that can be applied across future customer engagements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Companies find that the standard warehouse management functionality included in the "out of the box" ERP standard licensed version is limited in functionality when it comes to wave picking, detailed product movement status from the dock, aisle/row/bin and shop floor, optimization of product stack configuration on pallets to keep shipping costs down, product allocations, among other things. IntraOne WMS has features that help customers address these needs and includes very detailed tracking of status throughout the value stream.

What do you like best about the product?

The Team they have behind the product that works on the help tickets that are submitted is very responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?

It may just be the process of changing from one system to a new one, and having it change over and work together seamlessly. But there have been a large number of hiccups along the way in the process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have decided to use this WMS to have the live time inventory counts along with the scanning / barcode capability.

What do you like best about the product?

Seeing all orders flow through our system in a one stop stop shop is the most attractive thing in Intraone. The user interface makes it easy to comprehend order progress and inventory management.

What do you dislike about the product?

Improvements on international shipment option would be helpful. customer support has certainly improved since Hytek transition.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intraone has solved our lack of visibility in inventory and order processing. It forces standards to be kept amoungst employee operated task and creates foundation for training and accountability.

What do you like best about the product?

This is the first experience our company has had with a full WMS system and we like not having to search for product. A quick item search lets you know where all of that item is located.

What do you dislike about the product?

We had a bit of a learning curve in the beginning with building our own pallets while picking instead of knowing up front how the pallet would be built before picking.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping us in locating items without having to search and also helps us in directed putaway to prevent searching for empty locations to put product once manufactured.

What do you like best about the product?

IntraOne WMS is rigid enough to make sure the warehouse floor is following established repeatable procedures, but flexible enough to build around your business.

What do you dislike about the product?

The product itself is fantastic, support is improving, but still has a bit furtther to go.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

IntraOne help solve many issues we were facing everyday during our day to day operations. Repetitive work....we were pulling/processing/putting away the same skus dozens of time a day, upon implementation we now pull those same skus once per day. We are pulling multiple orders and one, packing into the shipping containers, and have all of our shipping information up front before pulling. Labeling is central with IntraOne providing our Ucc-128 labels, carton contents labels, rcvg labels, etc. We had several different programs handling these jobs before.

What do you like best about the product?

From the point of implementaion of the WMS we were supported by the IntraOne team. They worked directly with our team to idenfity and implement improvment opportunities. This resulted in significant savings using the product.

What do you dislike about the product?

I do not have any negative comments about the WMS product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The WMS software helped us to improve our overall accuracy and significantly improved our efficiency. The efficiency ggains were most noticeable while using the box building functionality.
