What do you like best about the product?
Imporoved conversation rates on almost all the social media channels with our Marketing Strategies. I also like their A/B testing which really is helpful and also the one-click multi channel engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
You'd need a developer to set up OtherLevels for you, it is somewhat techy and you may require someone to help you out with setting it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time analytics for all my communications, and suggestions for short/long content.
