What do you like best about the product?

I use it to automate may day to day tasks related ITOps. The AI Integration helps a lot building the automations and makes it really simple and intuitive to build workflows. The agentic workflows and MCP capabilities help SOC Operations. I have created various automations like service portal apps for whitelisting ip addresses, I use to do least privilege policy in our aws accounts. The temporary elevated permissions are fully managed by autobotAI.

I have created automations related to backup/restore of various different environments. I have created various automations for Cloud Security Compliance to make sure that they are remediated automatically.

Their support team is really good. They are very technical and understand and assist with the requirements whenever required.

What do you dislike about the product?

I only one one nitpick is when I use NoCode node it is little slower(Not a blocker). Reached out to the support and they said that it will be much faster in the next release so hoping for that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

autobotAI helps with the following in our organisation.

- DevOps, Security Operations and Cloud Operations Automations.
- SOC Analysis
- Service Requests and ITSM Automations etc.

I love how easy it is to automate tasks with no code super intuitive and saves us a ton of time

So far, I haven't encountered anything I dislike—it's been smooth and reliable

AutobotAI is saving me time by automating repetitive tasks like lead generation and messaging, so I can focus on more important work.

The best thing about autobotAI is its flexibility in creating workflows with no-code, low-code, or full-code options. Its extensive integrations with various security tools, cloud platforms, and containers enable seamless automation across different environments. I also love using AI to build workflows and flexibility to use any choice of llm models at runtime to contextualise automation workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?

its insight feature where compliance posture is visible, needs more filter option but Nothing else that i can think of.

autobotAI effectively addresses several critical challenges for security operations. Helping us improve mean time to respond. Building any custom automation workflow with autobotAI takes just few minutes.
