What do you like best about the product?

Powerful product with highly customizable levels of protection. Intuitive UI. Highly reliable and extremely affordable.

What do you dislike about the product?

Only thing that I've seen other services do better is displaying the original message upfront and quick access to attachments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's our primary email security. Catching anything that Microsoft Defender misses. It has a very high success rate and is easy to modify when necessary.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration for its excellent accuracy. I have yet to see a DLP policy miss a trigger that wasn't my fault, and it's rare for legit mail to be blocked or quarantined. It's also rare for malware, phishing, or spam to get into users' inboxes. Simply put, it just works! I also appreciate how super simple the setup process is—just click create, log in with an admin—and you’re good to go. It's been a huge improvement over previous solutions because it rarely blocks legitimate mail and effectively protects against malicious emails.

What do you dislike about the product?

The granularity of the portal and settings is grand, and many of the settings want to notify users and notify admins by default. Unless you really drill down into the settings and turn off some of these notifications, the platform can be very noisy - especially as you grow, as you could end up with meaningless alerts for hundreds of user requests. That said, this is a small issue compared to the problems the platform solves!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration protects us from malicious emails and nullifies false positives better than previous solutions. It's very accurate, rarely missing threats or blocking legitimate mail, ensuring our team works with fewer disruptions.

What do you like best about the product?

excellent email security features. fully replaces the need for an external MX relay. provides API capability to extract harmful emails from mailbox post delivery, due to continuous examination of URLs

What do you dislike about the product?

nothing functionally. i would rather filters would not reset upon returning to search screen.

fully replaced our MX relay, very simple administration and configuration is just a few clicks. provides policy flexibility, DLP capabilities and Shadow IT insights

Setting up Checkpoint Harmony Email is a straightforward process. I found the deployment to be very easy.

The main drawback is the limited range of supported email platforms and deployment models.

It helps the organization to effectively protect our users from potential harm with using M365.

Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration helps reduce the time and effort spent managing email security. It automatically filters out spam and malicious emails, allowing users to focus on their work without constant interruptions or manual intervention. The dashboard is clear and well organized, making it simple to monitor threats, review alerts, and take quick action when needed.

What I like less is the limited flexibility in certain customization areas. In some cases, it would be helpful to have more granular control over policies and rules.

Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration solves the problem of phishing, malware, and malicious email threats. From my experience, it prevents harmful emails from reaching users, which greatly reduces security risks and protects sensitive information.

Sometimes, secure emails can be flagged as suspicious, requiring manual review and slowing down workflows.

It's solving the problem of phishing, malicious attachments, and unsafe links that commonly affect business communications. By automatically detecting and blocking these threats, it prevents data breaches and protects sensitive information shared across email and collaboration platforms. This reduces the risk of human error and allows teams to work securely and without interruption.

Checkpoint HEC is the API Inline protection, Improves security by reducing data leaks. helps with compliance. provides visibility into all SAAS applications employees

What do you dislike about the product?

Drawback is no full fledged Email DLP ( Data Classification)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its preventing from the BEC attack , account takeover and phishing attacks there three major engines are working

this three engine will protect our email from all kind of attack's

What do you like best about the product?

It catches phishing attempts, fake links, and unwanted spam very accurately. The dashboard gives clear visibility, and managing policies is easy. It saves a lot of time for IT because users don’t complain about spam mails anymore, and overall email communication feels much safer.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing as of now, everything is working well and good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier we had to manually check many suspicious emails, but now most of them get filtered automatically. This reduces the risk of users clicking on harmful links and keeps our mail environment clean. It also saves time for the IT team and improves overall security by stopping threats before they reach the inbox.

What do you like best about the product?

The nest thing about Harmony Email & Collaboration is how user friendly it is. The interface is understandable. It uses AI to assist with the email management. It has a very good integration capabilities and can be easiably enforced.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is nothing anything which I do dislike about Harmony Email & Collaboration. It takes a bit of time to get used to it and it requires a decent research to be performed, but other than that it is very good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We save time, by providing us with an advanced protection. This also bring us to compliance. The dashboards do provide us with a great overview of our infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?

It has truly given me peace of mind because it blocks suspicious emails and phishing attacks that previously went unnoticed. It also integrates well with the company email and doesn't interrupt daily work. I use Microsoft 365 and I love its integration.

What do you dislike about the product?

Initially, the setup can be a bit complex and requires time to adjust the security policies to the actual needs of the company.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the problem of phishing and malware attempts that previously reached emails undetected, and it also helps prevent unauthorized access and loss of sensitive information, which directly benefits me because I now have more confidence that the messages I receive are safe and I can work without interruptions.
