I've been using Helium 10 for at least 10 years now... the tools make creating listings much easier and more effective

Having the ability to scrape live Buy Box prices has been something I've been looking for for years

We use Helium 10 to help identify opportunities in product selection as well as keyword assortment

It provides very accurate data about the category and competition without which I could not compete effectively on amazon

too many tools but we need just 3-4 of the core tools for our daily job

helped with keyword rank boost and tracking my asins performance on the top KWs in my category

What do you like best about the product?

Being able to use Helium 10 to optimize my Amazon listings has been a real game changer. When Amazon forced us to switch to FBS, we had to step up improvements to our Amazon store, and Helium 10 gave us all the information we needed to do that.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the interface is a little difficult to understand, but overall the platform is great—it just takes a bit of time to get used to the layout. Even so, it’s still much easier to learn this layout than trying to understand Amazon without it. The pricing is competitive, but I don’t like how they try to charge extra for everything you’re interested in trying.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Learning how to integrate more keywords into my listings with their AI helper has made it much easier for me to create Amazon items that rank better overall.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Helium 10 for my e-commerce business on platforms like Amazon, TikTok, and Walmart. It tells me my market share, and I love the keyword tracker to see if other competitors are gaining on a specific keyword. The Listing Builder is fantastic because it speeds up the process significantly. I used to spend hours creating a listing, and now it's so fast. Plus, I can upload it directly to TikTok. The AI tool is helpful for overcoming writer's block and starting the conversation to build my listing. Time is money, and completing tasks faster saves money. The initial setup was very easy. I switched to Helium 10 from Jungle Scout because of their advanced tools.

Listing analyzer for Walmart and more integration with Walmart.

Helium 10 provides insights on my market share and tracks competitors' keywords. I use the Listing Builder to save time creating listings and overcoming writer's block with the AI tool.

Easy to use and enables users to analyse market demand, competitor sales, and search volume to identify profitable opportunities.

It can be expensive and the platform can be overwhelming due to its massive suite of tools, making it challenging for new users to learn effectively.

Finding profitable products without knowing if they will sell or if competition is too high.

I use Helium 10 for e-commerce category analysis, BSR category analysis, and keyword harvesting. It provides me with marketing awareness, in-depth competitor analysis, and high-volume keywords. I like using Blackbox, as well as Xray, which helps us look for more stats. Magnet and Cerebro are great for keyword analysis, while Xray and Blackbox give better competitor analysis and portfolio insights. The Listing Analyzer is useful for analyzing listing gaps in our portfolio and competitors' listings to understand our strengths and weaknesses. The initial setup of Helium 10 was very easy for my team.

I find the metrics sometimes feel overwhelming and the speed of the web could be better.

I don't use the Walmart or TikTok features, and I wish they would double down on Amazon instead.

I like how much depth their resources have. A lot of complex stuff to help you in whatever you need.

Higher prices than other similar softwares. Also dashboard is somewhat hard to navigate through.

Solving a few problems. FBA reimbursements for lost products saves me money. Keyword research helps me find good keywords for my campaigns. Automated request review and emails help me get more reviews for my products. Inventory management helps me plan for when I need to create more purchase orders.
