Easy to use. I can upload contracts and send them to other parties to sign.

I had a lot of headaches with DocuSign and could SignWell made everything easier

What do you like best about the product?

The interface is easy to use, and the free tiers make it simple to try it out. The available templates also help with efficiency. I was up and running within minutes of signing up.

What do you dislike about the product?

A tutorial for slightly more advanced functions like templates would be helpful. I had to do trial and error a couple of times to get it right.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Routing and managing signatures for employee contracts/policies. Getting client contracts sent and signed quickly with little to no technical complication. I used to end up fiddling with Adobe or jpg files for signatures that made the experience more difficult and look less professional to my clients.

Easy to use for me and my guests, cost effective.

What do you dislike about the product?

The templates are a little difficult to create on a phone.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m using SignWell for my guests signing rental agreements. It’s a lot easier than guests printing, completing, and sending it back to me.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate that SignWell accelerates the signing process through API, allowing us to monitor the status and automatically send reminders for different statuses. This means we don't waste time creating and filling all the dynamic fields manually. The sign-in process is very simple, and the API works well for us with no issues so far. The price is pretty reasonable compared to alternatives. Also, the documentation is very clear, which made the initial setup pretty easy for our team. Using SignWell's API in our internal software has been seamless.

What do you dislike about the product?

API access is through gear button, could have a spesific button or field for that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SignWell accelerates our signing process through API automation, eliminating manual signature handling. We can monitor status, automate reminders, and it integrates well with our software. It offers a reasonable price compared to other options.

Easy sign-up, good UI, good notifications

I didn't have any complaints. I can't think of any improvements.

Helps us avoid sending a PDF and getting multiple counterpart signatures by email, and keeping track of all that.

I like the API for complete control and integration

I don't like that the business plan includes unlimited documents but when you want to use the API that is no longer an option. Makes no sense to say you can send as many documents as you want unless you are using the API and we charge more

It was easy to use, I needed to get some agreements signed and that was as easy or easier than the solution I have previously used.

What do you dislike about the product?

For my limited needs the various subscriptions are costly. I have 2-3 documents per month.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I uploaded an agreement, added signatories and got it sent out and signed. Very easy and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate SignWell for its ease of use, which is the best aspect for me. The price point is also a big factor in my satisfaction. I enjoy using the very simple drag-and-drop feature, and I love how I can share documents directly with prepopulated fields. What's most valuable is the simplicity and ease of use of the e-signature function. Switching from Adobe, I found SignWell offered more value without the complexity of a robust system. The initial setup was very easy, and it's very efficient and effective in helping our team stay on track with signing documents.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the placement of the fields to be completed doesn't automatically update to fit the size of the document or field that needs to be completed. I wish it would adjust without me having to do it, so leveraging AI for this would be great.

I use SignWell to get signatures quickly and efficiently for customers and employees, keeping us on track and ensuring documents are signed effectively.

Clean & effective API integration -- makes it easy to invoke from AI-oriented workflows.

API-only access/pricing is not clearly presented.

Easier integration with our existing templates than competitors, API access at personal/SME tiers vs enterprise.

Signwell offers a lot of features at a more affordable cost than what you typically get from the bigger-name platforms.

Signwell has worked well for everything I’ve used it for so far, although I’m sure it has some limitations.

I love the links to forms that Signwell offers, and how easily I can integrate them into my communications.
