What do you like best about the product?

I like the API for complete control and integration

What do you dislike about the product?

I dont like that the business plan includes unlimited documents but when you want to use the api that is no longer an option. Makes no sense to say you can send as many documents as you want unless you are using the api and we charge more

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was easy to use, I needed to get some agreements signed and that was as easy or easier than the solution I have previously used.

What do you dislike about the product?

For my limited needs the various subscriptions are costly. I have 2-3 documents per month.

I uploaded an agreement, added signatories and got it sent out and signed. Very easy an efficient.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate SignWell for its ease of use, which is the best aspect for me. The price point is also a big factor in my satisfaction. I enjoy using the very simple drag-and-drop feature, and I love how I can share documents directly with prepopulated fields. What's most valuable is the simplicity and ease of use of the e-signature function. Switching from Adobe, I found SignWell offered more value without the complexity of a robust system. The initial setup was very easy, and it's very efficient and effective in helping our team stay on track with signing documents.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the placement of the fields to be completed doesn't automatically update to fit the size of the document or field that needs to be completed. I wish it would adjust without me having to do it, so leveraging AI for this would be great.

I use SignWell to get signatures quickly and efficiently for customers and employees, keeping us on track and ensuring documents are signed effectively.

Clean & effective API integration -- makes it easy to invoke from AI-oriented workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?

API-only access/pricing is not clearly presented.

Easier integration with our existing templates than competitors, API access at personal/SME tiers vs enterprise.

Signwell offers a lot of features at a more affordable cost than what you typically get from the bigger-name platforms.

Signwell has worked well for everything I’ve used it for so far, although I’m sure it has some limitations.

I love the links to forms that Signwell offers, and how easily I can integrate them into my communications.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate how SignWell is easy to use. I can store people as contacts, which is great for when I need to send documents frequently. The ability to customize the entire form and fields and save them as a template is really helpful. I enjoy using SignWell because it's a very intuitive process, wasn't difficult to learn, and I can have my form ready within minutes to collect the signatures I need. The cost is very reasonable especially compared to other more expensive programs.

SignWell offers a cost-effective solution for getting forms signed, is easy to customize, and works great with a free trial. I can customize forms quickly and intuitively, add signature or date boxes, and store contacts for easy reuse.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s a very easy app to set up, with a friendly UI, and it’s really fast. The pricing is straightforward across the different tiers, and there are options for both signatories. I was looking for simplification, and this delivered. There’s also no need for your destinatary to sign up, which is a big plus for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

For someone like me who only has a few contracts to sign each year, I don’t think there’s an option that really suits me perfectly.

I really think it solves the need for secure and compliant signature options without costing an arm and a leg.

I love the option to have unlimited document signing with SignWell, as we send out contracts nearly daily for signatures. I like the simplicity of it and the easy user experience. I find it very user-friendly and intuitive. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciated.

SignWell offers unlimited document signing, solving our issue of extra charges, and is user-friendly with a simple interface.

IT IS CONVIENT TO HAVE DOCUMENTS SIGNED BY OTHERS.

THE DOWNSIDE OF SIGNWELL IS THAT IT CAN TIME OUT AND THE LINK CAN EXPIRE FOR USAGE.

I HAVE USED SIGNWELL THROUGH MY TAX PREPARER SHE IS A MOM AND POP TAX PREPARER THAT IS LOCATED IN THE URBAN AREA.

It was intuitive and had all the features I needed

i was a little worried if I would get the final signed copy or not. that wasn't clear if I didn't select to have it sent to me
