What do you like best about the product?

Super easy to integrate with using the API. I was up and running within 24 hours. I used an AI tool to integrate and had my first customer signing my agreement the next day.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing major, only some technical issues with the API, like weird webhook security where it took a number of commits to work around them,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We integrated SignWell's API directly into our admin tooling, so the whole thing is automated

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use and feels just like Docusign but easier.

What do you dislike about the product?

I believe there’s a limit on the number of sends you get with a free account, but it’s still much more than DocuSign gives you.

I have to send a lot of contracts for signatures each month. This platform is great for that.

What do you like best about the product?

We use SignWell to get new coaches to sign their agreement and our policies and procedures before they start. Sending a doc takes under a minute, I get an email the moment they view it and again when it's done, and the signed PDF lands in my inbox. When a coach gave me a bad email address, SignWell told me right away instead of letting it sit. No training needed for the signer either. Every coach has completed on the first try.

What do you dislike about the product?

The Free plan caps you at 3 documents a month and 1 template, which we hit fast during a hiring push. Bulk sending and extra senders only come with the paid tiers. I'd also like a way to resend to a corrected email address from the bounce notification itself instead of going back into the document.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Onboarding paperwork for part-time soccer coaches. Before, agreements sat unsigned or came back as photos of paper. Now every coach has a signed agreement and policies acknowledgment on file before their first session, and I can find it in seconds. We've onboarded about ten coaches through it in three weeks with zero chasing.

What do you like best about the product?

I like SignWell for its attractive design and simplicity, which makes it easy to use. The ability to add signers, text boxes, and signature fields is really valuable for getting signatures on contracts. Also, setting it up was very fast and easy, which was a big plus for me. Overall, it works great for my needs, and I had a very smooth experience with SignWell.

I like how simple and easy SignWell is to use. Sending documents for signatures is quick and straightforward.

There isn’t much I dislike about SignWell. I’d just like to see more customization options for the signing experience in the future.

SignWell makes it easier to send, sign, and manage documents without having to print or scan anything. It saves me time and makes the signing process much more convenient for both me and my customers.

Very simple to use, free version provides what I need.

Input Field type can be a bit confusing to select and modify. Signature options are not intuitive.

What I like best about SignWell is how simple it makes creating and sending professional agreements for signature.

I use the free tier, and it already provides everything I currently need. The interface took me a few minutes to understand at first, but after that, setting up templates, adding fields, and sending documents became very straightforward.

It has made managing agreements much faster and more organized, and I’m genuinely impressed by the value it provides.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main area for improvement is the user experience. The interface could be simplified and made more intuitive, closer to the experience offered by Google eSignature.

It would also be helpful to edit a document directly within SignWell. Currently, if a document needs to be changed, I have to leave the platform, update the original PDF or Google Doc, and upload a new version.

Adding built-in document editing and streamlining the interface would make the overall workflow much faster and more seamless.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small consulting firm in the U.S., we typically sign about one document per month, with occasional periods when we may need to sign up to five. SignWell gives us a dedicated place to store our templates and manage agreements professionally from the beginning.

The platform automatically places signature fields where needed and prevents documents from being submitted before all required fields are completed. This helps us reduce errors, keep our legal documents consistent and organized, and build a reliable signing process as we grow. We can develop good habits now without unnecessary cost or stress, and confidently move to a paid plan when our document volume increases.

It is easy to use. Free plan allows to use it three times a month.

What do you dislike about the product?

It doesn't allow to set up in other langages.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Signing renting contracts.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like that SignWell has the features I need and is constantly adding new ones, especially the integration with Xero which reduces the steps I have to take to get things done. I appreciate that its integration with Xero means that once a client signs, that scope of work can become an invoice draft in Xero without me having to take extra steps. The setup was also very easy which was a big plus for me.

It was hard to find!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SignWell lets me send clients a link for signatures without needing email exchanges, providing flexibility. With the Xero integration, signed scopes automatically draft invoices, reducing steps. It helps me give clients more context and sign even mid-discussion.
