I see *if at all* only my own data. With Lobster I can extend these boundaries.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the usability of the Lobster Data Platform, as well as the vast amount of functions and integration options it offers. The ease of use and scalability stand out to me. It's also notably easy to expand and copy existing data flows. The large scale of data flows the platform can handle is impressive, and many functions are crucial for us as a logistics company. The initial setup process was very easy, which was a big advantage since we were already familiar with handling lots of data.

What do you dislike about the product?

The speed at which known bugs are fixed could be faster.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lobster Data Platform helps me with data integration, combining data from different sources, TMS systems, and transferring data internally. It's easy to expand data flows, supports large-scale data, and is user-friendly with many functions and integration options, crucial for our logistics company.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate the support from Lobster Data Platform, especially how the setup and mappings were completed by Ediprim, which worked really well. I'm also looking forward to learning more about its functionalities at the event, and I'm interested in using more of its integration capabilities.

Integrating Data from different sources and different types so easy!

I like Phase 3 of the profile. It feels convenient and user-friendly, and the mapping can be done easily.

The link from phase 3 to ASM is not so friendly. It still need enhancement.

It helps with data conversion across different formats. The job management is still good, and it includes many tools (e.g., FTP, AS2), which helps me manage them efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

Lobster_data is user-friendly and greatly simplifies data integration.
You can essentially build your entire business around it, thanks to the wide range of features and functions it offers. It enables users to work with virtually any type of data.

What do you dislike about the product?

If there's one thing I miss the most, it's the ability to fully customize the web interface.
Being able to move tiles around or change logos and icons according to individual preferences would be a great addition, but admittedly, that's complaining on a very high level.

Lobster_data helps us solve multiple integration challenges by providing a centralized platform for handling EDI, API management, and data mapping.
It significantly reduces the time and complexity involved in connecting systems and ensures data consistency across platforms.
The flexibility and wide range of supported standards allow us to automate processes, eliminate manual interventions, and react quickly to changing business requirements.

What do you like best about the product?

We use the solution to electronically connect with customers and business partners, for example via EDIFACT. Previously, we relied on external service providers, with each new connection representing a medium-sized project. Change requests were particularly cost and time-intensive. Meanwhile, Lobster_Data has made us flexible in this regard, allowing us to continuously expand our connections independently. The intuitive low-code operation of Lobster_Data significantly supports us in this. If we ever get stuck, Lobster support has always been able to help us competently.

What do you dislike about the product?

In some places, the help is somewhat outdated or difficult to understand. More practical examples would also be desirable here.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our ERP system only has a few interface functions as standard. We were able to successfully close this gap by introducing and using Lobster. Furthermore, we can now handle various transport options, file types, and formats that we receive from business partners. This allows us to flexibly respond to the individual needs of our partners.
