Strong partner network has ensured reliable serialization and simplified daily onboarding work

What is our primary use case?

My main use case is onboarding the CMOs and ensuring that serialization data works properly. Serialization data are transmitted successfully without any issue, so I am troubleshooting serialization data for TraceLink.

In my day-to-day work with TraceLink, I am performing the setup, managing master data, CMO location, serialization data, and I am also troubleshooting serialization data. I am monitoring serialization data every day, ensuring that we receive the serialization data from the CMO successfully. If there is any issue, we are tracking and attempting to resolve the issues.

What is most valuable?

The best features TraceLink offers are their good networks. They are working with a lot of partners and customers with a lot of serialization data. It is a very steady solution, very easy to use, and not so complicated.

The strong network of partners and customers helps me in my work because, as we have a lot of transactions, we have not too many issues. It works very well. It is easy to connect to the partners and very easy to use.

TraceLink has impacted our organization positively since we have to use serialization software, and TraceLink is the best solution in the market. Without this solution, we cannot work for serialization.

What needs improvement?

TraceLink can improve by potentially extending their service beyond healthcare for supply chain, which is what they are trying to do. Today, I would say it is a very steady solution. For me, it is a perfect solution.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using TraceLink since 2020, which is more than six years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

TraceLink is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

TraceLink's scalability allows the platform to support global deployments, multiple production sites, large partner networks, and evolving compliance requirements without requiring a complete redesign of the architecture. Another key advantage is the speed of integrating new partners and adapting to new business processes compared to more traditional solutions.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for TraceLink is very available. Responses are very fast and always available when we contact them, and it is easy to contact.

I would rate the customer support an eight on a scale of one to ten.

I did not previously use a different solution before TraceLink.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing TraceLink, I did not evaluate any other options. I am an end user, so this is the role of the buyer people.

What other advice do I have?

I would advise others looking into using TraceLink to choose it without any doubt. It is a very steady company, very serious, and they are connected to a lot of partners. I rate this review nine out of ten.
